Hope he's ok .
Did he not get a booster?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-59840524
88% of stopping hospitalisation.
Don't know of anyone who's got seriously ill from omicron.
Most boosted people get a bad cold.
she had a booster shot already and yes she is a nurse

Some people think poverty robs people of their lives and livelihoods.
Thailand has left large parts of their citizens in debt and poverty.
No government support.
It's disgusting.
Thailand has failed on every available metric.
Their figures are laughable but yet people still fall for them.
just had a message from a friend who is double vaccinated and has omicron and hanging on to life

Almost zero?
Prove me wrong, but haven't seen any news reports of anyone dying who's been fully vaccinated.
Hospitalized, yes.
Breakthrough, yes.
But dying?
No. ????

Who cares about the cases...deaths are important. Now tell me you see from the satellite photos the crematoriums in Surat Thani are working 24 hours, city can be seen from smoke, and AIS unexpectedly lost 2 million customers ????

1. The full report notes:
"Banglamung Hospital or Muang Pattaya Hospital, treatment is free of charge."
- good to know (or is that for Thais only?), as I'd heard that the usual course of treatment can cost thousands.
2. About time stray dogs in tourist-frequented areas were eliminated (whereas Thais grow up with them, and have the skills to deal with them, tourists mostly have no such skills).
3. I wonder if dogs can carry covid. Just saying.
Hamsters and Tigers can

Tell anybody in most European countries or the US that you can go 80 km/h (50 miles/h) on an inner city populated road with zebra crossings!
It's just crazy.
In Germany e.g. zebra crossings not allowed on roads over 50 km/h.
The other extreme, the Greens, want to cut down all of Berlin to 30 km/h!
Most city limits are 30km/h already last time I was there

Bones in young people aren't supposed to be that weak.
Absolutely nonsense I just recoverd from a broken Ankle I slipped on some rubbish left on the street and no medical problems I know about 10 people who had broken ankles some young some old and no one had any medical problems but it is always easy to blame the victim.

I feel the worst is over, sure there are still people getting mildly sick but with not much more than cold like symptoms. Time to move on and get our lives back to normal again.

I've been in Patts 3 days now and it seems to me that Russians are the worst for masks. They either don't wear them at all or have them as a chin guard. Some other nationalities seem to think covering the mouth is all that's required. Here's a tip, if your nose is exposed over a mask it highlights this feature which is not pretty in most cases. I'm already sick of seeing ugly noses I wouldn't have even noticed before lol
In summary, it's Thailand law so wear it, who cares if you think it's crazy or you need to be a rebel. I don't want to see ugly noses anymore ????
So I guess you can speak Russian how else would you know?

So, if you were in rented accommodation and the landlord wanted to check every month, you'd be okay with that?
I get house inspection every 3 months in OZ and the landlord never get to see the bond it is paid into a government trust fund and gets refunded when I move out
