It happened to me years ago my 1st agent and Non 0 + Extension ( 15 months ) at CW. Looking at my PP more closely when I got home, stamped Chachoengsao Immigration. Hopefully for others this doesn't happen.........

Yes I agree, also if the OP goes ahead with an agent, ensure the Non O stamp and extension in your PP is from the office where you are located or the 90 day reporting may be tricky !

It could possibly backfire, probably a substantial number are fleeing rather than holidaying - visas expire, cash gets short, possibly end up looking for some sort of work - legally ?

Agreed, I believe his list of 'headaches' was for his 60 day tourist visa. The 90 day Non O list is very similar, I arrived with one 4 months ago. 45 day visa exempt would be the way to go I guess if you are not interested in being a keyboard application warrior.........

At Swampy yesterday waiting flight back to Phuket, a fella and his wife grabbed a seat next to me. Many folks there had transit stickers on, I asked where you arriving from. He said Russia with a small smile. They were from Vladisvostok ( near North Korean border/ Sea of Japan ), using his translation app - their escape began 5-6 weeks ago, they flew to Georgia spent a month there then on to Dubai and here. He had a military service background and would be sent to Ukraine to fight. I asked what they do for visa he said something about education visa. Obviously they have no idea when returning. Had a look at some of his photos on his mobile of better days - boating and water skiing in the Sea of Japan and snowmobiling on Sakhalin Island, I would say he was about 35 years of age....

I do think you may annoy and 'flare up' some IO's with that plan...........

Yes quite possible, then again he could be stamped in under the OA again, then at some point leave and enter without re-entry permit then do the Non O application.

If your OA visa sticker is valid until Nov. 22, 2022, you need to return to Thailand after Nov. 22 to kill off the OA. If you return on Nov. 12 you will be stamped in to the expiry date of your health insurance.

Its unfortunate to see these groups ( that have balls ) appear to be so young. Looks like one may be over 30 years of age, another wearing a Halloween mask - fearful I assume.........best of luck to you.
