It depends on the source of those funds, whether or not they are already taxed, when they were earned, etc etc.
Suggest you read the following:
It would be interest from term deposits and savings from employment earned before 2021

Agreed..... at meal service time my seat usually goes upright before... But its not uncommon to have to ask the Flight Attendant to ask the person in front.
I had a cracker on a flight a while ago.
Woman with her older mother sat in our seats.... (Wife Son and I - 3 seats in a row... in a 3-4-3 Economy configuration).
The woman wouldn't move... She said that their seats were separate and that she needed to sit next to her mother, we could take seats allocation instread (and one of us sit in the 3rd seat).
I asked why she felt she was more important than my son...Should a child now sit on their own because she failed to book seats next to her mother?... Find another row of seats was her response !!!...
Flight attendant sorted it out and told the lady and her Mother to move.... But wow... It was like I was ayhole of the century with the dirty looks, scoffing and commnets under her breath that I was getting...
Some people just don't know how to fly...... the guy commenting that he'll occasionally deliberately hit the seat in front is one of those types of people, ignorant and just don't know how to fly.
Thankfully - my flights are BKK - Muddle East - Europe and the vast majority of people seem to fly well.....
Willing to bet Aeroflot is reclined at all times and you are on your own........😉

Every Airline I've been on does that.... (asks the passenger to put their seat upright at meal times).
There's also nothing wrong with putting the seat back (in eco) either, its their right to be able to put their seat back... just so long as the person in front is courteous about it and indicates that they are are about to do so (basic manners thats all).
Thats one way to out-yourself of the forum (and on flights) as a grade A1 ayhole...
Seats back at meal times = zero manners......

Yes definitely
I flew Bangkok to Manila return last year in economy (aisle seat)
I had a larger (Filipino) male sit in the middle , he looked like a large islander type guy hair in a bun.
He was very rude saying to me "excuse me ! He was double the size of me
I don't enjoy that at all
I gave him my meals and sweets and he was still very rude
I personally enjoy when an inconsiderate prick in the seat in front of you has his seat fully reclined at meal times.......

The entry date I understand but do you mean the date your one-year retirement visa expires or the date your next 90-day report is due ??
The 'date of arrival' you write the last ( or nearest ) entry date you made into Thailand, 'visa expiry date' you write your current permission to stay stamp date......

90 day free stamps on entry for all Nations.........quantity quantity quantity and a substantial raise for Police officers.....😉

My point was from a sociological perspective, their history might explain a lot of their ugliness. I'm not making any excuses for them, I'm just trying to understand a nation of social misfits.
Unfortunately Thailand's elite are not 'boned' up on history......I think Crackdowns are continuous now and hundreds of thousands of misfits might be headed to where none of them want to go..........

The deterioration of Phuket as a quality tourist destination ...... if you pray for rain ... then you deal with the mud.
If they could only lose their tunnel vision mindset ‘quantity = money’ an impossibility me thinks……definitely bogged down in the mud…..

17 hours ago, webfact said:A shameless cheating Russian couple insisted they had settled their bill at a Phuket restaurant after being accused of attempting to dine and dash. They later falsely incriminated a Thai waitress of theft but their deception was exposed by CCTV footage, forcing them to apologise and settle the bill.
The restaurant shared security footage of the incident on a Facebook group for local food stores in Phuket to issue a warning about the Russian couple’s dine-and-dash.
In the video, the Russian man was seen placing a banknote in a bill folder but then later removed it. The Russian man looked around to see if anyone noticed his action. He then asked the waitress to pick up the empty bill folder, pretending he already paid.
The waitress, Santanee, who served the foreigners that day, told Channel 3 that the couple dined at the restaurant on Saturday, March 30. Santanee said the cashier could not find the money in the folder and asked her to check with the foreign couple.
According to Santanee, the couple insisted they had already paid the bill, and the banknote might have slipped out of the folder. Santanee helped them look for the money but did not find it anywhere. The couple became angry at the cashier counter and tried to blame Santanee for stealing the money. The Russian customers maintained their innocence and dared the restaurant to check the security camera.
Clear evidence
Unfortunately, the CCTV cameras at the restaurant were old models and required a technician to obtain the video file. So, the restaurant owner had to let the foreigners go but asked for their contacts.
After reviewing the security camera footage, it was clear that the accused couple did not pay for their meal. So, the owner sent the video to the couple and summoned them to pay the bill.
The foreigners agreed to pay and apologised for their actions. They said they did not expect there to be a CCTV camera at that angle. The owner recorded the video of them apologising but did not take legal action against them.
Santanee revealed she was disappointed by the Russian couple’s behaviour in an interview with Channel 3.“I felt offended when they blamed me for theft. They looked down on Thai people. We provide whatever they want and do our best to fulfill their requests but it does not mean that Thais are their slaves. I almost cried at that time and was trembling. I would like to warn all waitresses and waiters to be aware of these kinds of foreign customers.”
Thai netizens voiced their opinions on the matter.
“The free visa has many problems. It only focuses on quantity, not quality. Thailand used to have a lot of good foreign tourists. I feel sorry for the country.”
“The prime minister is proud of it.”
“Good foreign tourists go to our neighbouring countries instead.”
“I faced the same situation. I took the foreigners to the police station but the police did nothing and let them go. They sided with the foreigners. I am tired of this.”
“Free visa, free trip, free food!”
“Foreigners know that Thai law is not that serious. Apologise and everything will be fine.”
