    RIP for the kid of course, but on the other hand it is a daily practice that young kids with no proper driving education get fatal accidents... as long as the Government/police aren't doing anything it will continue

    You are right... married hetero sexual couples can take good care of the kids surely when they divorce and the kids are being set up to the ex partner...Ansd here in Thailand drop them at the family or grandparents..Indeed the kids are very happy...     I have seen many car and truck drivers do the same at the road sides even near a petrol station... So again the kettle and the pot... On the other end.. Tourist industry but no facilities.. Nowhere dustbins, and public toilets to be found there is no infrastucture for tourists no investments ever made...
