My condo developer used all the cheapest bathroom accessories. Within months the chrome blistered and peeled off and the metal underneath rusted leaving my towels stained. It looked terrible and functioned poorly. I changed them all to Haefele stainless steel products 20 years ago and they look as good now as when purchased. It is a pleasure using them everyday. Toto and kohler are good products too. I bought two kohler toilets that have been a real pain. Local technicians don't know how to service them and when repairs are required special orders can take weeks to arrive.

Excellent alternatives are available that benefit you instead of the imposters dangerous theories that don't.

I have lost all faith in those pretending to protect me and don't believe any of their data. I have not had any serum injections and even stayed 2 weeks with a friend with corona (mild cold) and the theory of contagion prooved false. About 15 years ago I installed a 3,500 kw hot water heater under my kitchen faucet. A standard steibel eltron shower type water heater. It works really good. Scalding hot if desired. But the hole in the granite countertop had to be widened to fit the new hot/cold faucet in which the base is bigger than a cold only faucet.

From my experience the people who can't afford it stay in high end resorts and use a credit card to finance it. As for the high end tourists in my group you need a crowbar to pry open their wallet. They live under their means and always get value for money. Most have given up Thailand permanently after visiting for decades.

I don't know who to feel more embarrassed for, those promoting fairytales or those believing it.

To expedite the process, principles were created out of thin air and taught as fact in schools.

Yes my condo has that problem on each end of the building in the fire escape stairwells north and south facing. The paint blisters and molds underneath. We think the developer skimped on the waterproofing chemical membrane in the concrete skimcoat phase hiding the red bricks and no primer prior to painting. The rest of the building looks fine without blistering or blackened damp mold. Since fire escape stairwells are rarely used or seen nothing has been done. Except for scraping and repainting which didnt work.

The goal is to fully eliminate cash and track all incomings and outgoings. I think bitcoin was an experiment funded by central bankers to determine best methods prior to worldwide rollout.
