Crazy neighbour - suggestions please
Mark Nothing replied to Promula's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Have you considered a polite restart with your neighbor? Over the decades I moved many times and neighbors used to bring a bottle of wine and a welcome to the neighborhood fruit basket or cookies to break the ice and introduce themselves. It really seemed to work well and years of pleasantness resulted. The guys I know who successfully integrate into Thailand adjust to Thailand's inconveniences rather then expecting Thailand to adjust to them. Good luck with your new home purchase. -
Are you having the average amount of sex?
Mark Nothing replied to LaosLover's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
0.00 for many years. I threw in the towel many years ago, being a complete and utter failure with women. I saw no need to subject myself to the emotional, financial, and physical torture. Eventually you get to the right answer but only after making all the wrong decisions. Now I follow the no adultery commandment. -
I like to rely on the highest, supreme authority when living my life. What better authority is there than an omnipotent all knowing supreme power? Most commonly referred to as God. It appears to me, by the tone of this article that science is attempting to dethrone God as this supreme authority. I looked at the first commandment, "Though shall have no gods before me." Then I looked at my entire life and I had failed miserably breaking this simple commanment and wondering why problem after problem kept arising. I worshipped the false gods of money, share markets, science made food and water, medical science, hollywood and sports icons, billionaires, politicians. The list is endless. A few years ago I stopped worshipping these fake gods and and slowly transitioned to only natural God made food, water, medicine, prayers, and the changes were profound, immense and immediate. I transcended the false gods like a snake shedding its skin. The meaning of the word smart appears to have shifted meaning to those who blindly follow false gods.

I threw in the towel about 10 years ago on hiring workers. My experience matches yours. I learn to live with the problems. But if the work is really necessary I learn how to do it myself by watching tutorials and buy the tools, materials and do it myself. The straw that broke the camels back for me was a hiring a worker to redo my wooden front doors with sun damage. A simple sanding off old stain and redoing was all he had to do. During transport in his pickup truck the doors were thrown off making gouges in corners and edges. The old stain was not completely removed prior to restaining. Then he broke out the mirrors and lights in the elevator when returning the "completed" door causing hassle and expense repairing lifts, which he angrily denied.

I ignored the concept of an omnipotent, all knowing God for most of my life. After running off the tracks making all the normal mistakes in life, like beng atheist, I decided to access this power by submitting prayers into the eather. Magically the answers coming back changed my life. For the better. Profound, unimaginable changes. Health, vitality, a return to an ailment free body, peace of mind all returned. One of the keys was to only eat and drink natural God created food and water free of manmade chemical additives. Another concept was to learn what medicine was used prior to our current manmade medicine after I noticed generation after generation of my family and friends going downhill. I received the answer in the form of reading old books, youtube videos, and joining facebooks groups. The omnipotent God created this perfect medicine specially made just for you which greatly supercedes inferior man made substances. Urotherapy changed every aspect of my life. I disagree with the premise of the title of this article and am living proof of the profound power available to all who desire it..

Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you. But if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder. Henry Thoreau

The potential promise of science has metastasized from a valuable tool to enhance all our lives into a false religion. I don't believe these climate change stories. Science only prooves whatever the highest bidder wants it to and we only hear the reports that benefit the billionaires attempting to become trillionaires. It is so absurd now that I automatically take the opposite side of whatever is reported.

Medical tests which instill fear are the bait used to lure you into the trap of expensive medical procedures. To get out of the trap of fear, an expensive procedure is required to save you. I chose a different way to get out of the medical trap. I pray to the Creator of Heaven and earth for strength, vitality, and perfect health. This changes my mental state from fear to strength. Closed mind to open mind. Combined with free alternative health practices that work fantastically well. I will never use medical services again. Sorry about your wasted 13,000 baht fee and inept, unprofessional service received. I agree with your wife's analysis.

Over the years this has also happened a few times to me. I don't know for sure, but a couple of times I remember seeing a little black spider with pinchers that like to crawl under table tops and chair legs. If it is due to the little spider, it must have a pain deadening bite, because I didn't feel any bites. Usually on legs and one time I had several of these hardened bruises on my stomach. But it goes away in a few days, and back to normal.

I had the condo gardener remove 2 dead potted plants from my balcony and the dragging of the big ceramic pots created giant scratch marks on the tiles. Applying rubbing compound removed about 80% of the scratched tile marks and I learned to live with the bad 20%. It is a constant reminder to not allow workers access if possible. I put furniture and throw rugs over scratches.

I am sorry to hear about your friends. I have had four pass away this year in my circle of contacts. Two 70 year olds, a 56 year old and a 30 year old. Watching the successes and failures in other people's life helps me make adjustments and correct things in my life before getting too far off the tracks. Health seems to be a big factor. When you don't feel well it saps your will to live. The contacts in my circle seem to go downhill quicker when they are overweight, eat a poor diet, abuse drugs and alcohol, don't exercise, and can't control their mental states being full of stresses and worry. And consulting doctors and popping pills causes a quicker downhill slide. So I knew what not to do. I then researched and fully implemented a more natural fruit diet along with alternative health therapies that returned the spring to my step and eliminated all ailments and pain. Which did wonders for my mental state and quality of life. It is such a pleasure waking up everyday to enjoy life now with a fully functioning body and mind. An open mind and positive outlook are very helpful. Its your choice.

Flat Earth (flight routes)
Mark Nothing replied to save the frogs's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Nice video. Another anomoly. I wonder why they don't call airplanes airglobes or airballs? A plane is defined as a level, flat surface. It's funny watching the responses from those blindly trusting science unable to form a cogent thought by themselves. -
I cancelled my health insurance 25 years ago taking personal responsibility for my own affairs. My intuition agrees with natural health practices. So that has been fully implemented. One of the important strategies I follow is to pray daily for health, vitality and perfect health which leads to the right books, videos, friends, and strategies to magically appear. Which results in the right diet, exercise, and hobbies appearing into my life. This negated my need for doctors, hospitals or insurance. Good luck in your decision.

British man accused of setting fire to hotel in Chiang Mai
Mark Nothing replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years in thailand and the standard policy at every single hotel from 1 star to 5 star was the receptionist confirmed with the housekeeping staff that the room was ok before allowing me to be officially checked out of the hotel. I have spent 1 year in chang mai hotels over the years and every hotel checked the room for damage before checking me out and issuing me a paid invoice in a nice envelope with hotel logo. Even if the customer departed without officially checking out, the front desk employee would see the customer with suitcases leaving and would immediately check the room. Causing a thai to lose face, such as happened here can create a multitude of unusual outcomes. Especially in a cultural hierarchy system in which a lower social hierarchy foreigner insults a higher hierarchy thai. -
Mcguiar's ultimate leather balm is what I use to keep my leather furniture looking good. I just sponge it on and the leather is rejuvenated. Not much balm is required and every few months I repeat this process. If the sofa is especially dirty i prewash with liquid laundry detergent and water with a soft scrub brush. Use enough to clean but not so much that moisture soaks into cushions. Then wipe off the result with clean water and sponge and dry with towel.

A few years ago I was cleaning a bird nest and birds out of the outside 24k btu compressor that was rarely used and while on the ladder I steadied myself by putting pressure on the bracket. The next day the 10 year old bracket failed and the compressor had fallen off landing on a chair and breaking a wood table. I checked the bolts and they were very short and not inserted very far into the concrete brick wall. Make sure bolts are long enough and inserted far enough to carry the weight load. The wall was standard brick and concrete, not AAC.

Best solution for enlarged prostate that blocks urinating
Mark Nothing replied to Steven55's topic in Health and Medicine
The nuisance of bph can easily be eliminated once you know the cause, which is inorganic mineral buildup calcifying on the prostate due to improper diet and drinking impure water. A good example of this hard mineral sediment buildup occurred in my toilet plumbing system when removing a 15 year old 50 liter water tank. The incredible amount of sediment buildup released blocked water flow to my sink faucet. Completely. No flow. So to get tap flowing again I removed the sediment in tap nozzle filter and removed hard mineral deposits and faucet worked again. I applied the same principles to fix my bph flow, dribble and urgency problem. I stopped adding to the problem and removed the calcified buildup causing the bph nuisance. I quit adding excessive amounts of inorganic minerals to my body by eating more fruits and vegetables, avoiding denatured foods, and only drinking pure distilled water. To remove the mineral sediment buildup already blocking up my prostate system, I fasted, exercised more, lost weight, reduced stress and worry which allows your immune system to eliminate sediment quicker. I also drink urine which is a magic bullet breaking down the sediment buildup and returning the body to full health. It's been about 5 years now with no bph prostate problems. Good luck resolving the prostate issue. -
Thai widows claim over Australian assets?
Mark Nothing replied to BaanOz's topic in Marriage and Divorce
The typical story I hear is the thai widow claims all the Thai assets and the overseas children claim the assets there. But one story was unique. A Thai widow married for 35 years to an English judge hired my Thai lawyer to travel to London and claim the £10 million estate located in uk. It worked. Her claim trumped the 2 adult children. She blew the whole 600 milliin baht in 6 months. -
concerning infection on my asscheek
Mark Nothing replied to parafareno's topic in Health and Medicine
I have had this problem over the years and decided it is related to overheating and lack of airflow which occurs between rear end cheeks and my nose where my sunglasses rest on my face. The restricted airflow and buildup of heat seems to cause mine. So to minimize the problem I wear breathable, light weight underwear and shorts. And I am conscious of not sitting too long in one position, especially on plastic seat cushions. At my home I use Rojo air mattress cushions with airflow through inflatable fingers. This ailment happens regularly over the years to my overseas friends visiting Thailand. One of my friends just dealt with this during his 3 month trip to Thailand. It took 2 months to subside and many trips to doctors. Endless creams and draining boil. I didn't listen to what he did because I already know how to fix. I apply urine to affected area and it goes away. -
I just painted some cabinets white gloss oil base using two brands. Toa brand at little paint shop on Thepprasit road and nippon brand from one of the big homestores. And Ran into many problems with the paint and application. Roller fuzz came out on first cabinet leaving unpleasant splotches. Plus I applied it too thick and running drips formed even though I smoothed them out many times. About 100 paint brush hairs fell out and got imbedded in cabinets, leaving ugly marks. It still looks much better but not perfect. No where near professional. I bought the best quality brushes and rollers. Oil paint is much thicker and stickier than water based paint so you need proper rollers and brushes. Plus apply thin coats or unsightly drips and runs will form. It is a week later and many cabinet doors are sticking and hard to open.

British Man in Phuket Dies After Being Stung by A Bee
Mark Nothing replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
I apply urine topically to any bee sting and ingest a mouthful. This eliminates pain immediately. Lessons swelling. And it reverses any allergic reaction. I have been practicing urotherapy for years with truly remarkable results. It works on every ailment I have thrown at it. Youtubers and books have many testimonials of those allergic to bee stings using this method. This story is a good example of having a contingency plan when time is of the essence. I used 7/11 bug spray to get rid of a bees nest on my balcony, sticking the metal spray nozzle through the crack between my sliding glass doors and emptied the whole bottle into the bee hive. The 5% of bees that didn't get a lethal dose swarmed and were really agitated though. Hundreds of them. It took 3 bottles, and 3 sprays. Multiple honey coombs. -
I am removing all my ceiling fans after 20 years of use. They functioned safely, without any hint of dangerous problems. Living on the beach maintenance and cleaning became a real nuisance. Dust collects on my fan blades and if you don't clean them regularly, globs of moist rusted dust fling onto the walls. And I have been painting the corroded metal blades with primer and paint. It didn't work. Tacky result, but better than brown rust. The wood fan blades melted on me and drooped down, creating an unsightly affect. So I had to rotate them where fan blades curved up. The loud motor on my bedroom ceiling fan was too loud and squeeky to sleep. Now i use a little table fan. Quiet, convenient, and it functions to move the airflow. And replaced the ceiling hole with light weight led lights.

Why were 20% of the Thai population not infected with COVID-19?
Mark Nothing replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
They know why. It would be such a pleasure if they just came clean and stopped the charade of fear. I do not subscribe to the theories contained in virology because they don't reconcile with my life experience. In the life I live the common cold occurs due to mismanaging your immune system. Contributors include poor nutrition, overwork, excessive constant stress, excessive fear, marital disharmony, family problems, longhaul travel without sleep to name a few. So what science calls contagion is just multiple people eating the same bad food, or the stress of family fighting affecting the entire household. Mental state control is very important to health and vitality. These people have the ability to tune out the stresses so it won't break down their immune system resulting in a cold. I believe in the omnipotence of divinty to keep my body healthy. I tune out science and its false theories. -
The proactive route to health I enacted was to quit poisoning myself with denatured food and water. And removed the decades of accumulated poisons encapsulated in fat deposited in my body by fasting, exercising, drinking urine and distilled water plus a mostly natural diet. Mental state control is crucial to health as when under stress the immune system turns off which leads to ailments. So I developed multiple different hobbies to enjoy. I discontinued all contact with doctors and hospitals, not wanting to become a junkie addict.
