Can I suggest something sweet like chocolates ? I presented this to my female dentist and her two female assistants after an extensive treatment. Bought three 'boxes', one bigger and two slightly smaller (whereas the biggest was of course for the dentist). It was all very well received and I made friends for the rest of my life.

Had a problem with one of my teeth when in Nangrong (near Buriram). Went to the locsl6 dental smile clinic to make an appointment. Learned that there is no 'appointment system' (just wait for your turn). When looking around I counted (at least) 40 people in the waiting room....

Did this last Tuesday (alone). No problem at all. Make sure you have copies and bring this to the information desk. A lady will staple the lot including a tm30 form (which does not need to be completed) and bring the papers to the opposite building. Hand in and after e few minutes you get your passport back including stamped tm30 slip. The whole procedure took almost the same time as I am writing this contribution. Have fun....
