LOL, I assume we're all watching the same videos?  What I see as evidence you call as something different.  As much as you'd like to fool yourself you're not as convincing as the video itself.

Did you see a protester physically assault Paul or any of his party? Did you hear any threats? Unless you deem people chanting "Say her name" as a threat.

    Barr's quote: ". . . Antifa like tactics . . ."  He didn't mention any radical group by name.

Also, because the FBI found no evidence doesn't mean there is no evidence.  They simply haven't found any to date.  Given that Wray heads up the FBI I'm not at all surprised.

A classic example of clutching at straws. Hold on tight you haven't got many left.

American Military News (reliable per Media Bias Fact Check) - AG Barr: Nationwide protests organized, ‘hijacked by violent radicals like Antifa’

“The voices of peaceful protests are being hijacked by violent radical elements. Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate and violent agenda,” Barr said from the Department of Justice. “In many places, it appears the violence is planned, organized and driven by anarchic, far-left extremist groups using Antifa like tactics, many of whom travel from outside the state to promote the violence.”

Let's all pretend that these are all grass roots events.  LOL

Which was investigated by the FBI who found no evidence of Antifa involvement.

No idea what you're talking about.

Intimidation, harassment, rioting, murder, and assault used as a means to force your will onto people to get what you want is terrorism. AKA Domestic terrorism.

Treating people like those rioters were treating people is not a peaceful protest, its harassment, assault, and intimidation.

The poster suggested removing Trump and his cronies. With the ballot box. No suggestion of violent criminal acts. You then claimed this was terrorism. Any idea what other people are talking about now?

Just so were clear on the implications of this post - you're proposing that Rand is a "snowflake" because he doesn't want to be harassed and assaulted by extremists while walking down a public street with his wife, and he should have to put up with it and accept it, or capitulate to a mob of people.

    Is that what you're saying?

He wasn't assaulted. Is this an "alternative fact"?

    Thank you for your feedback.

Regarding the location for the filters, before the tank versus after the pump, a perceived benefit of the former location was that I could backwash the filters and regenerate the resin without disruption of the supply to the house from the tank.

If I put them after the pump then there will be no supply when they’re going through that process.

I guess not a problem depending on how frequently it needs doing and how long it will take.

    More research needed!!

    cheers

Before the tank. Helps to prevent sediment building up in the tank.

You're right, I've always been a stresshead. But those visits to immigration are just a bit unsettling.

My technique is to let the wife deal with everything. I just sit there like a nodding dog and smile. Hey presto, I have another extension. In reality, your wife has more to lose than you if you don't get an extension. Let her have the stress.

That's a good attitude to have. I've been married several years now, if only there was a way I could have a more secure future here without coughing up 500-2000k baht, then I would be a lot more relaxed.

Get a grip. Classic self induced stress. No one has threatened to make you leave Thailand. People (some on this forum) have been getting annual extensions for 30 years or more. Why stress about something that will probably never happen?

Stressed by nothing. Came here to live the dream in carefree retirement only AFTER checking everything out first. Heat? A/C & swimming pool. Immigration? 1 hour per year, wow.
Neighbour and partner problems? Rent never buy, so move on.
Whinging farangs? (Yes, many of them). Feel sorry for them. Move on.

+1 but I bought a house to reduce my stress even further. No landlord to deal with.
