Speaking of which, turns out the person who started QAnon is the same guy who runs 8chan.  A well known right wing consipracy theorist, white supremacists, and paedophile sympathizer.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Watkins_(businessman)  Philippines-based American businessman

"Some have speculated that Watkins knows the identity of, or that he himself is, "Q", the person or group of people behind the QAnon conspiracy theory.[4][5][6] In 2020, Watkins created the "Disarm the Deep State" super PAC to support political candidates who promote QAnon"

Nice people Trump aligns himself with.

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/aug/19/trump-qanon-praise-conspiracy-theory-believers

"Donald Trump has tacitly endorsed QAnon, a baseless rightwing conspiracy theory identified as a potential domestic terrorism threat by the FBI, claiming its followers “love our country” and “like me very much”.

"QAnon was identified as a potential domestic terrorism threat by the FBI last year and has been linked to numerous attempted acts of violence. Yet last week Trump praised Marjorie Taylor Greene, a supporter of QAnon who won the Republican nomination in Georgia’s 14th congressional district, describing her as a “future Republican Star”.

Hypothetical situation. Hamilton and Bottas swap cars with Russell and Latifi. Do you think the 'best driver' will get on the podium in a Williams?

That may be too easy so how about Hamilton and Bottas swapping cars with Sainz and Norris? A McLaren one-two?

Hypothetical situation. Do you think that Mercedes would swap Hamilton for Latifi and pay him the same money? Clue: Latifi pays Williams to drive their car.

I worked on a alaska trawler and we caught cod.......There are zillions of billions cod in the ocean....Its not a high class fish.....Its cheap......So a low cost cod meal I believe..... I could see wholesale cod going for 2 dollars so that's 60 baht...

Not in Thailand. All cod is imported and frozen, with the ridiculous import duty.

If the price of baked beans is the worst thing in your life, you are far better off than the vast majority of humanity on the planet.

Your problem is easily fixed by a one way plane ride to where baked beans are cheaper.

That would be Pattaya. I get HP baked beans at a very reasonable price at Siamsbury's.

Dude is a common term in the U.S. and is in no way derogatory.  Been used since at least the 60's.  I understand you're from the U.K. and possibly you wouldn't know but it's such a common term that I'd be surprised that Brits weren't familiar with it.

Yes we were familiar with it in the 80s. I always called my son Dude, but its really old now. Uncool, sub zero.

Going to the extreme. I also ate at the Beefeater restaurant. Had their Beef filet with pepper sauce and Lyonnaise potato's very nice. Good service and nothing to complain about. Must say not cheap though, with 2 small Tiger beers just a few BHT short of 1.000bht.

My choice always in Beafeater. I have the Dauphinoise potatoes though. Didn't know they did Lyonnaise but find them a bit dry anyway.

Antifa/BLM beating the hell out of random people and it appears one Trump 2020 person shot and killed.

Portland is absolute anarchy right now.

I believe this makes 33 killed since this all started months ago.

Really? What is your news source?

Yes, my words.  What I explained, and what you still don't get, is that I responded to a poster calling Rand Paul a crybaby for being fearful for his safety and life while being in the midst of an angry and uncontrolled mob by noting that it's easy to call someone a crybaby for showing fear while being in dangerous circumstance while they opine from the safety of their home without the benefit of understanding by not having experienced the same themselves.

So you ask me, "Would love to hear your remarks if you had been in Breonna Taylor's place."  What the f does that have to with what I wrote and the point I was making?

No more replies on this from me since it's obvious that you can't or refuse to comprehend something so simple.

I was comparing the fear felt by someone facing a few kids shouting "Say her name" (Breonna Taylor) and the fear felt by someone facing a gang of armed police officers bursting, unannounced, into your home and reigning bullets at you.

Well he's better cool his "truly great" jets when it comes to the actual race as Spa-Francorchamps has proved to be the better of many talented drivers, especially ones with their minds on other things.

Agreed. Spa is the best circuit in F1. A driver's circuit. Watch and learn.

Did you watch Hamilton's qualifying lap yesterday? Truly awesome.

Other equally capable and talented drivers have had mixed fortunes when their teams failed to deliver a competitive car.

Such as who? Hamilton was signed by McClaren and Mercedes because he's the best. Compare his results to his various team mates.

0.5 seconds ahead of Bottas in qualifying yesterday. In the same car, thats a lot.
