If you read Social Media, it sounds like foreigners in Thailand are experiencing Foreign Credit Card denials at many venues. Something is happening, and needs to get investigated. This is a major story.

This needs to get to the BANGKOK POST !!!!!!!!!! Could end up a tourist nightmare.

This is 100% a Kasikorn Bank (K-Bank) approval issue that Lazada needs to resolve with their bank. My guess - it will be resolved, but not quickly. Management moves slow. The customers (us) must keep applying pressure. After all, they are losing income.

Same problem. All started in early January. Lazada is no help, just going in circles. K-Bank is probably the issue. Management issue for resolution. Customer Service cannot resolve. My guess - there will be resolution, but not quickly...

I have the exact same problem!!!!!!!!!! I have reported it to Lazada (1) asked me for screen shots, (2) asked me for passport, etc and (3) asked for a video shot of the incident. I am still waiting resolution for a week. Their Customer Care is no help, just "wait sir."

Guessing - 25% of the wires are functioning, the rest are obsolete. Burying the wires is a great idea, but maybe Step 1 is clearing out the Obsolete Wire.

If that is the goal, an ambitious goal, then you need to meet the needs of your target customers, which will require a major investment, and public awareness. This is a long term strategy, not short term. My guess 3-5 years just to start. And don't forget your established competition.
