  1. For anyone stuck, or worried about their approvals we do offer an expedited process.

You can order it here: https://TP.in.th

This is mainly for the following cases

    • Those who were not auto approved, and are concerned about the content they submitted.
    • Those who do not wish to bother with jumping through any hoops, and just want a fast approval.

Our team has assisted with many cases already, and has over 85 reviews on facebook.

Our average approval time at the moment is within 24 hours (any day of the week), as long as we do not need to do any additional document collection from the client. Our team offers 24/7 support regarding these types of cases.

Our fee of 2,750 THB is fully refundable if we do not obtain the approval within a reasonable window of time.

  2. We have updated our platform for Samui hotels which offer Sandbox, and Test & Go entry options.

    - Samui Test & Go Hotels

    - Samui Sandbox Hotels

We expect more hotels to release pricing over the next week.

These are all bundled packages which includes airport pickup, as well as tests.

One thing to note about Samui entry options:

The connecting flight on Bangkok Airways must be on an approved sealed route flight. The qualifying sealed route flights are always 4 numbers beginning with "51". Any of the flights you can see for sale on the Bangkok Airways website, such as PG171, are public flights only for domestic passengers. For example, sealed route flights PG5125 and PG5171 flights can only be booked by your international carrier and are not publicly for sale, since they are intended only as sealed route transfer flights for passengers that are arriving in the country and have not been through the Test & Go program yet.

But not for those from African countries. They have to do the 14 day quarantine as mentioned in a urgent announcement on the Thailand Pass website.

Correct, all travelers coming from African countries are subject to a 14 day AQ.

    A note for fellow travelers.

There are dozens of SHA Extra + bookings available on Agoda for under 1000 baht. Just be aware that this is the room component solely. When you book the charges for RT-PCR and transport will increase the final price. Many of these are non-refundable.

I don’t know if this is an intentional deception on the part of the hotels or Agoda preparing for an ATK requirement by separating out the charges.

Whatever the intent the result makes it more difficult to comparison shop using Agoda Quarantine searches.

As always, be certain before taking a non refundable booking.

Yes, we noticed this too, some are packaged, and some are added after the fact when you attempt to checkout.

Our AQ.in.th platform has always attempted to be as transparent as possible to ensure easy price comparison.

We are working on direct payment processing soon which will allow instant confirmation letters through the hotels.

  4. Not required, we have obtained approvals for 50+ individuals for the AQ 10 day entry option (without proof of vaccine).

They request vaccine information to qualify for the reduced 7 Day AQ, but this has been effectively replaced by the 5/7 Day Sandbox ????.

If you want your QR early, and quickly you can request our services here: https://TP.in.th (we accept cases up to 3 months before arrival date).

  5. This is all extremely new but here is where the hotels will be publishing their rates for these new Test & Go ATK packages:

Please note that we don't expect to have a significant amount of options until the end of this upcoming week.

Most hotels still need to confirm pricing with their Hospital partners, and some are waiting on additional clarification.

This is good news about pricing coming down, but I still don’t really understand how this will work in hotels.

Who will make the test, Hotel staff or Hospital staff linked to hotel, or individual tourist.

Will we need to book a room, or simply book transport from airport to hotel only , the ATK cost 40-80 Thb ??

thanks for your update, i'm hoping to arrive December 10-16

You will need to book transport which comes with the ATK test (on the hotel premises).

This will start for arrivals after the 15th.

According to my ASQ hotel booking the answer is December 3.  I even went back to question them why it's not December 2 and they said guests will check in to the hotel on the same date as on the plane ticket.  Since my plane ticket says I arrive on December 3 that is the night of my hotel confirmation.

This is a Sha Extra+ hotel on web.thailandsha.com/ ,  Also listed as a Test and Go hotel on thaiest.com and an ASQ hotel on asq.in.th

Should I be concerned?  Where is this ASQ FAQ?

Can any of the mods confirm the hotel is correct?

Thats odd, but as long as the hotel will pick your up when you arrive it should be fine.

Your arrival date is the 3rd, that does not change.

But you will be staying the "night" of the 2nd, and this is usually what the hotel will charge you for.

I'll be arriving in BKK after midnight so likely won't arrive at the AQ hotel until 2 am.  Can anyone refer me a hotel where I will only have to book 1 night hotel / vary early check in or late check out?  If I arrive at the hotel on December 3 at 2 am, will I book a hotel for December 2 since it's before check in time or for December 3?

It would be Dec 2nd as the hotel will count it as the night for December 2nd.

This hotel offers 3 hour testing, it might be possible to squeeze that one in.

Do you have any idea whaty this means for Phuket where they take the test at the airport? It would be a step back if they change that to hospital tests.

Phuket is its own thing, from what we saw 99% of all SHA+ automatically got SHA++ status in Phuket. Which makes sense as they do not need the same type of hospital partner, due to testing happening at the airport.

They just wanted a consolidated label which could be used for Test & Go, and Sandbox Stay.

At least now you can know if a hotel says SHA++ it can be used.

  10. There was a recent rebranding of SHA+ hotels which have hospital partners that can provide the RT-PCR tests.

They are now called SHA++ (or SHA EXTRA PLUS).

All of the hotels on our platform under the Bangkok, and Pattaya section are SHA++.

We have yet to see a hotel offering a packaged RT-PCR test which has not already obtained this new label / status.

It was mainly to prevent travelers from searching for SHA+ on online booking platforms, and assuming they met the requirements.

  11. We are happy to announce that we now have 107 Test & Go partners on our platform.

Our team is also offer expedited services for Thailand Pass applications if you don't wish to bother with learning about how to submit, or worry about approval times.

If you are already aware of the Thailand Pass application process, and have enough lead-time we advise submitting on your own for FREE. But if you want to hire the AQ.in.th team with this type of assistance then please submit a request HERE. If you provide the correct documents from the start the average approved time through this service is 12-48 hours, and you can read the reviews HERE.
