We launched 4 Day packages now.
https://asq.in.th/bangkok-test-and-go-4-day-hotels
It's not as many hotels but it should make things easier when trying to combine stay. -

Your numbers result in a cost for airport transport, PCR Test (and meals?) of 3,300 baht. Could you get them privately for less?
Most hotels pay at least 2,000 THB for the RT-PCR tests (some have to pay even higher due to the hospital partner arrangements).
Transport is included, and some hotels even include breakfast for all days, and 3 meals on the test days (confirm with the hotel).
There are a lot of expenses before the actual room cost, and this is why the rates look high, you're not booking a simple room night. -
Today we launched the Samui Test & Go packages:
https://asq.in.th/samui-test-and-go-hotels
We will start to be expanding to all provinces which have SHA++ hotels to make it easier when trying to book your cross-province Test & Go stay.
Please bear with us while we establish the required relationships to make this expansion happen.- 1

ok just saw an announcement its a SCAM email do not open attachment, running virus protection now...damn
If you did not run the file you should be fine.
If you did... We are not really sure what it is exactly, but we suspect it to be a trojan, or Ransomware. -

Example: Sunshine Vista in Pattaya, on your booking site they only allow 1 adult and claim refund policy. https://asq.in.th/sandbox-thailand-hotels/sunshine-vista-hotel-pattaya-chonburi-sandbox
But when I go to their own website its possible to book for 2 adults, but no refund. https://www.sunshinevista.com/So why is this different? Why should I book trough asq.in.th? ????
We allow each hotel to control their own listings.
Our team just invited sunshine group back, and it could be because they need to complete their listings.
Please feel free to use our site as a resource, in some cases we have lower prices than other OTA's, and on some cases the hotels may list prices higher.
We do not have any control over pricing.- 1

The only possible exception is a medical extension, right?
Yes, but you will need to be in a very serious medical situation, and the hospital would need to coordinate with immigration, and obtain this extension.

I'm on a 90 day O visa so don't qualify for the covid extension. If I could wander into the Jomtien office, quickly confirm I can't get an extension and leave with 7 more days, that's time well spent.
If I've got to pfaff about for a couple of hours, with no hope of getting a COVID extension and no guarantee of even an extra 7 days, it's less attractive. Also, how close to the visa expiry date should I leave this? For instance, if I already have 1 week remaining, do they still give an additional 7 days ?
7 day stamp usually voids your current visa, and starts the day of being stamped.
Its a stamp most NEVER want to get, as you MUST leave the country in 7 days.- 3

Stated with lot of confidence.
I certainly would not state "no problem" at this stage.
@ThaiVisaCentre any early thoughts on options for folk such as this OP.
We can help a few more cases like this still, but the clock is ticking.
We wont be able to do it in a week if you're still on non-immigrant, or a non-immigrant based covid extension.

You cannot array before the original flight date.
This new rule started on Jan 1st 2022.
Previously it could be 72 hours before or after, but they have since changed this.- 2

We updated the platform today to enable 2 Day Test & Go packages, and expanded this on Bangkok, as well as Pattaya.
We have also decided to offer a 4 Day Test & Go package which can be used as a 5th day, or 1st day RT-PCR. This will be useful for travelers doing cross province trips when we expand the province selection.- 1

u state below that the covid extension is now extended until march 25. but i think u might me mistaken? i think u mean the state of emergency has been extended until march 25 not the covid extension. ???????????
You can apply for the covid extension until March 25th now.
This is fine for anyone which has a Tourist Visa or Exempt entry visa, or has a COVID extension based on one of these visas.
HOWEVER if the visa before your covid extensions was a non-immigrant visa you MAY NO LONGER obtain covid extensions.

It was extended, but it seems like they have added new restrictions, and the last day is now March 25th.
Mainly if you originally entered under a Tourist visa or 30 Day Visa Exempt you can get one of these.
Obtaining it on top of other visas types may prove to be difficult according to the new rules.

If they do not extend the Covid Extension there will be a bump of inbound tourism, which will look good for the tourism reports.
But it's also possible they do extend last minute, you never know. In the past they even extended after the expiration.

Cannot help but thinking the rules are being made up by taking cards out of a lucky dip bag.
This is by far the most complex program we have had to implement ????
As there are actually 4 situations
- Test & Go (1st day only)
- Test & Go (all 5 days)
- Test & Go (1st + 5th day)
-
Test & Go (5th day only)
For all of these packages we need a base price, and an additional adult/child/infant price. So you can only imagine that we would need 16 different prices for each room to properly account for all situations, and combinations for Test & Go only.
Hopefully we get more information about how domestic travel will happen after the 1st test.If it is allowed, and easy then it may make sense to sell 5th day packages on their own, but after speaking to most hotels they will be including airport pickup for the 5th day, or pickup from your hotel if in the same province (so it may work out anyways).

I apologize for the delayed thread as we have been very busy.
We will be showcasing FIVE difference types of entry packages for Test & Go on our AQ.in.th platform.
- 1st Day Test & Go
(1x RT-PCR, Airport Transfer, 1 Day of stay)
- 2 Day Test & Go (1st, and 5th night)
(2x RT-PCR, Airport Transfer, 2 Days of stay)
(1x RT-PCR on day 1, or day 5, Airport Transfer, 4 Days of stay)
- 5 Day Test & Go (full package)(2x RT-PCR, Airport Transfer, 5 Days of stay)
(1x RT-PCR, 1 Day of stay)
Hopefully our platform will make things easier, as you can also search by family (adults, children, infants).- 1

I can confirm that i was denied extension based on marriage because i previously had a volunteer visa+extension. (expired long time ago, now on covid extensions)
They advised me to leave the country and come back on exempt, then apply again.. No mention of getting a new passport.
Strangely the same immigration office (Phuket) are still happy to give me covid extensions.. So i guess its only a problem if you try to switch to another type of non-o or b extension.
If you meet all the requirements for the Marriage Visa, we could assist with this.

Thank you. Interesting. I created a thread on this forum about PCR false positive tests preventing travel and not one single person's including 'medical experts' mentioned a 'recovery certificate' as an option. It was even suggested that a person testing positive would have to wait three months before travelling! I wonder how you can get such a certificate and how much they cost?
You get this document from a doctor/hospital.
It needs to state date of contraction, and date of recovery.- 1

Not on Elite visa anymore, but my last arrival in Thailand was when I was still under Elite visa. And that's why I am being quoted differently it seems by your agency as far as I am told. I'm not criticizing, it just hurts that I have to pay more than others just because of my status when I last arrived here.
How much is your current quotation for my case if I may ask?
PS: currently on covid extension, volunteer prior to this.
Yes but since you entered under Elite Visa they actually hold your case.
If you can provide us with a letter from them permitting our agency to do your 60 day extension then we can take on this case.
Cases connected to Thailand Elite are not simple, as you are technically still connected to their visa, and you must go through them. -

Was it for arrival in Thailand under PE Elite visa and when was your quotation? thank you in advance.
We don't assist with extensions on top of the PE Elite visa.
You would need to contact Thailand Elite, and have them handle your extension, or they may be able to provide you a letter. -

Less now, but it also depends on your current history.
We wish we could go back to old pricing for these extensions for all situations, but it is what it is.
You can message my team via line for the latest pricing based on your individual situation.

It was announced this evening.... There is no cut off for those already holding the Test & Go Thailand Pass.
Additionally:
Krabi, Phang-Nga and Surattani (Samu, Phangan, Ko Tao) are all open for Thailand Pass Sandbox applications again.
Phuket remains 7 days Sandbox as normal.
https://twitter.com/RichardBarrow?t=X94ojvM9kcmEE7zQEGhrkA&s=09
According to multiple "credible sources" they will reconsider this later on.
For example:
<removed>
It's clearly mentioned that the 15th is a cut-off date.
This mainly will depend on the evolving situation. -

Not quite correct.
Applications for Test & Go are not longer being accepted.
Existing test & go QR codes accepted until 15th Jan.
ASQ is the same.
Only Phuket Sandbox applications currently being accepted.
We are still waiting on final word about the Jan 15th date.
If you have an existing 6 digit access code under Test & Go, and wish to move your trip up, and have all the supporting documents our team can help.
