Not going to happen in Hua Hin or Pattaya. Pattaya tourism targets lower end foreigners and regional convention/seminar clientele. It's pricing reflects that. The silent killer now for Pattaya is the traffic congestion. It is not improving. The congestion has added a cost to staying in Bangkok and it has destroyed Patong.
