The false business entries were intended to cover up a campaign finance violation. Again, this has been testified to by multiple people. Do you disagree? If you can't grasp this, there is something wrong with you.

    The FEC declined to go after Michael Cohen for his campaign finance violation because he had already pled guilty. No one is accusing Trump of a campaign finance violation, that's in your head.

    It's extremely likely that Trump will go to prison any time soon, even if convicted. His attorneys will appeal the conviction for years. My experience has been that Appeals Courts often provide some relief, if only to stay in business.
