  1. If you claimed that Trump's recusal motion was serious, there would be a brief debate. Brief because the motion will be dismissed shortly.
  2. Nothingburger. This is the second time Trump has tried this. What is probably happening is that Trump is demanding that his attorneys do something to stop the trial.
  3. Clarence Thomas is personally benefiting from his judicial decisions. I have posted the links on this already.
  4. Wait until he loses in November. And his Truth Social stock dives to zero.
  5. Judge Cannon is an idiot who will be overruled on this issue.
  6. Yep. Biden's staff realized that they should take a look, found a handful of classified documents and turned them in. A reasonable approach, unlike Trump who willfully retained classified documents.
  7. You are misrepresenting the facts of this case and law, every day. Okay, I will let you count your profits from your investment in Truth Social.
  8. If the bond financier does not have $175 million in liquid assets, then Trump may not be able to appeal. We will learn more next week. Meanwhile, the idea that Trump could use Truth Social stock for his bond is out the window.
  9. The law is very clear on a former President having to hand over all Presidential records to NARA. Trump knew the law, which is why he tried to hide presidential records. More to the point, a jury cannot determine the law, only whether someone broke the law. If Judge Cannon is unclear on basics of the law, the 11th Circuit court will educate her, or take her off the case.
  10. Yep, most of your opinions aren't based on the facts, so no problem. BTW, how is Dear Leader Trump doing in the polls?
  11. I am just repeating the facts of the case. Facts are stubborn things.
  12. Nope. Biden returned the classified documents upon their discovery. Trump tried to keep them, even after receiving a subpeona. Your inability to distinguish between the two cases is a cognitive issue.
  13. Trump is not permitted to retain classified documents after leaving office. In fact, any Presidential records should have been turned over to the National Archives.
  14. You really don't know that Trump hid classified documents at Mar-A-Lago? Wow. That's astounding ignorance of the facts of this case. Of course, everything is alleged until proven in court, but you are simply saying you don't know the basics of the case.
  15. I won't play your game and troll about how you can't back up your opinion. Suffice to say that we will know if the charges are real soon enough, with the first trial coming on April 15.
  16. It sounds like you are preparing yourself psychologically for Biden's victory in November.
  17. Can you point out any of the 91 charges that are 100% political?
  18. You don't seem to understand that the indictments are for crimes committed, not for politics.
  19. My mistake, sorry. I get the Trump fans mixed up.
  20. Biden didn't steal any classified documents. There were a handful of classified documents mixed in with his boxes of personal papers.
  21. Nope. Trump refused to return the classified documents, whereas Biden returned them immediately.
  22. Biden did not willfully retain classified documents. His lawyers returned the documents as soon as they were found. Which makes you befuddled.
