Most Bolt drivers are professional but there are always the few bad apples. We had a bad tempered guy in Jomtien who drove dangerously and was more interested in having an argument on his phone than driving. Almost hit pedestrians and cars whilst passing Rompo market. Became angry when I said be careful. My girlfriend reported him, 99% are great its just that tiny percentage of crazies that you need to worry about.

Yes food seems OK for the price but they don't seem to be able to cook eggs. Rushing too much I suppose. Just need to concentrate on service and push the waiting staff to be polite and offer the odd smile.

I think they use roof based tanks, pumps are used to elevate the water and so positive pressure is provided to all floors. But if tanks or pumps are impaired there does not appear to be an alternative, at least at my condo.

It was pointless complaining to either the agent or the local condo management. They either just delayed, evaded the truth or just told lies. During tank cleaning it appears that pumps were damaged, hence the two day fix. It was the cleaning ladies that actually told us that via my thai partner. The actual project management was appalling with no fall back planned in case of error. No thought was given to the customer impact. My feeling is that I would hate to have bought a place here even though I have rented for a year.

My condo, in jomtien, started a roof tank cleaning project. We have had no water for two days. They seem very relaxed about the issue. There is no sense of urgency. They indicate that there are broken pumps and that water levels are not sufficient. It seems like poor project management.

Try swimming as well as the walking. Swim every day and slowly increase swim time.

I heard that at some point tuk prices would change from 10 to 20 baht. I ask because a tuk tuk from pattaya to jom tien just asked for 20 baht. ( from near South pattaya Road to jomtien soi 14/1. ) I don't mind paying, I just wonder what the actual price should be.

Yes that was my impression. Very moody waitresses. Food is average but they need to pay attention to detail. Food quality / delivery is poor.

I use Mike's mall but there are many fakes there. I've used shoppee but although prices and quality is ok sizes vary. I.e. XL from one supplier fits whilst another is too small.

I wonder why the bkk bank app does not include pea ? Does anyone know ?
