Fair enough - so what do you make of her words? How do you think her arguments hold? She is not a a 'reporter'. That's the point. She's UN official specifically concerned with things Palestinian. Like all the previous holders of the post, she comes with preconceived pro-Palestinian views, and anti-Israeli ones.

We are posters on an internet forum in Thailand. Our opinions don't matter much and do not get much exposure. She's a UN official. What she says is considered by others, it gets traction and so on. It's not the same.

You posted the link, without much comment, so one assumes you agree with it. And regardless, the point remains - Israel does not actually occupy the Gaza Strip. This makes her 'point' just a but of lame sophistry. Given her history, views and the post she currently hold - expecting her to be anything but biased is a laugh.

I don't like her or what she says - and I also think she does not have much of a point. Having a right to an opinion doesn't mean all opinions are valid (see above, this point was just discussed).

The headline is misleading - this is not 'the UN', but Francesca Albanese. No surprises there. One doesn't get appointed to be the UN special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories without being firmly on the Palestinian side.

There are few posters who have made obvious antisemitic comments - and thus rightly labeled antisemites. I did not, and do not toss such accusations wholesale. Considering the number of times your posts were shown to be incorrect, false, misleading, based on dodgy sources, off topic and so on - I think there is no need to 'prove' the point further. I don't care much for what you pretend not to remember, or to have no knowledge of - your disregard for truth has been demonstrated often enough.
