  1. So more waffle. I didn't ask about Netnayahu's family, or supposed ideological beliefs. I specifically mentioned his career. During his long years in politics - have he earned the name of someone who's words carry much significance? That his words can be trusted? That his political stance is unwavering? Your POV is of no interest. I'm dealing with facts.
  2. Nonsense. Even if the city was 100% surrounded (which it isn't, and won't be) that still leaves out other towns/cities/neighborhoods/refugee camps outside of the cordoned area. Given Hamas's extensive tunnel system, the topside action is not going to cut it. I'm not aware of any IDF comment that implies it will all end soon. If anything, the exact opposite.
  3. Oh...You're somehow under the impression your posts are some focal point of my existence? That they are somehow more 'special' than the many other posts I comment on? Evaporated.....lol....more like an overly inflated sense of importance. It's not too complicated. Palestinians have no issues risking their lives fighting Israel for 'freedom' (or whatever). Somehow, that's not much of thing when dealing with their own respective leaderships.
  4. That's politics. Government and coalition may dissolve, which got it's upsides, but maybe not the right thing to do while at war. The main takeaway is that there's wide condemnation for his words. Then again, this particular specimen tends to makes some outrageous statement about once a fortnight - so more nonsense surely expected.
  5. I call them soldiers and terrorists, depending on whom I refer to. I did not say anything about 'asking nicely' I have given my opinion as to your style of posting and how it related to being a keyboard warrior. I do not care that much about 'most'.
  6. Who's gonna be the replacement candidate? How will he/she fare against Trump?
  7. And 'ferrets' too, don't forget the ferrets. Not accusing, saying. You question have nothing to do with my post. It wasn't about how to do it, but rather on how to (not) talk about it.
  8. That's nothing to do with what I posted. If you think battles and wars are won by talking tough on an internet forum, then keyboard warrior certainly applies. Using all this 'ferrets', 'vermin' and so on language doesn't have to do anything with actual fighting, operations. It's just posters who are thousands of miles away beating their virtual chests feeling big. That's all.
  9. People will lose their lives, and you go on making them chest thumping comments. Keyboard warriors for the win.
  10. Sounds like a warmup for Adam Sandler's Hanukkah Song.
  11. Can you tell me what, exactly, in Netanyahu's career would make anyone take his words literally or seriously? When talking to the home crowd, leaders often use emotive references, sometimes religious. Practically all Palestinian leaders do this routinely. Go away, troll.
  12. To paraphrase Poul Simon - "I am leaving, I am leaving", but the Paddy still remains....
  13. Disregarding most of your nonsense - The last part ignores that Iranian arms are transferred to Hezbollah via Syria (and, of course, to Iranian sponsored militias in Syria). Same goes for Hezbollah attacks on Israel from Lebanon, and similar attack being carried out by Palestinian forces as well. Hamas is present in the West Bank - not a secret. Logically, you won't not post such rubbish, alas....
  14. How do you feel about Hamas leader, Sinwar almost getting the boot by fellow Hamas members on last internal elections, labeled as 'too soft' on Israel? Maybe a grand attack like 7/10 was just the thing to ensure retaining power and earning prestige?
  15. I suggest rabbits are more into El-ahrairah than Judaism.
  16. You're welcome to look at the message appearing at the beginning of the topic. And posted more than once by staff on the topic itself. This is a current news topic, in a news section of a forum. It's not a history class. There's a place for reference, background and context - making it into what the topic is about, less so.
  17. I'm not even sure what you were trying to convey. Why expect Israelis to be better? Is it some axiom that people wronged can't do no wrong? We see this often enough with the Palestinians too. If anything, it's the norm. As for my original comment - it was rather specific. You go on and on about anything but. Funny, that.
  18. There are facts, and there's how one presents or interprets them. Other than your post not being on topic (this is about a current event, not exploring the entirety of it's historical roots). it also incorporates comments, terms and catchphrases indicating a biased take. Now, that's not surprising, since you've already made your leanings on these matters public. I think that when people go on about 'the Rothschilds' it's a safe bet to assume where it's coming from and what it relates to. Especially when it's not even germane to the point you might have been trying to make. There was no Palestinian control over the area in question, there was no unlimited immigration allowed by the British, and from an early point most of what discussed wasn't 'sole' Zionist sovereignty. The more you post, the more it becomes obvious that your issues with Israel run deeper and wider than previously acknowledged. Again, not surprising.
  19. Jordan says air force dropped urgent medical aid to Gaza https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/jordan-says-air-force-dropped-urgent-medical-aid-gaza-2023-11-06/ This was surely coordinated with Israel (had to cross Israeli airspace), and was probably allowed as cargo could be vetted. Would also be a diplomatic gesture from Israel toward the King of Jordan - allowing him to be seen as doing something for the Palestinians in Gaza, and taking off some of his domestic political pressure (the majority of Jordan's population is Palestinian).
  20. I didn't put that icon on your post. But I could have. Do so with many other 'contributions' you make on various topics. Your 'take' on things is often so warped it's amusing. Add the echo chamber effect of putting many posters on 'ignore' and relying solely on AJ - sometimes a good laugh is all there is to say about it. In other words, it's not the news, it's you. Quite amusing how seriously some on here take these emoticons. I'll give the post I'm replying to one, for good measure.
