I hadmy surgeon book me in for surgery in December. Kidney removed and I was back at work in January with an awesome 20cm scar ! Test on the kidney reveal it was malignant but had not yet spread.

I had a health issue (lung related) last year which floored me for many months. 3 weeks ago I felt strong pain in my left lung when breathing deep. Given my new years resolution of no hospitalization for 2024 I downed the pain killers and ignored it. Absent mindedly mentioned the pain to my doc during my scheduled visit (every 6 weeks) last week and she went into a panic and immediately sent me for x-rays. X-Rays all clear doc decides it must be a muscular issue, adds some pain and muscle relaxant meds to my usual presciption and sent me on my way !

What are the stats for HEV vehicles.... fires caused by internal combustion engine versus the electric battery pack ?
