Per Thailand Labour Laws an employer is only required to provide 13 paid public holidays per year.
highly doubt any non government business allows many more than the stipulated 13.
The place was "built" as a restaurant.
Highly doubt any architect or inspector know anything about soundproofing that was likely added at a later date.
Does the "new" owner have to visit the LTD to complete the transfer ?
This is what the OP wants to avoid as the "new" owner is busy and a day at the LTD is an inconvenience to her.
