Phayathai is my registered social security hospital. I visit two specialists there every 6 weeks, Doctors speak English as do many of the other staff but if stuck there is no issue as they have dedicated liaison staff that will interpret. Failing Thai you can contact Gavin Waddell, he can help you. If driving yourself there is onsite parking or if you prefer, they will valet park for you. Beware though, at the moment the main building is undergoing renovation, so it is a bit hectic.

Have flown on Thai's 787-8 a few times... seats down the back don't look that narrrow. A quick googles tells me they are 18" wide.

Thailand has 3000+ commercial pilots in Thailand so should have enough. But then last year the Thai goverment did approve the hiring of foreign pilots on a tempory basis to fly domestic routes.
