    Witnessed one today in Laem Chabang and had to swerve to avoid a young girl in school uniform that was meat streaked. Pickup mowed down 3 people on a scooter at high speed... I reckon all 3 dead the way the scoot and the peeps exploded. Reckon it will be one the news tomoz. Prolly should download my dash cam footage.

    Company I work for provides the min amount as stipulated according the the Thai Labor laws - 13 days. A quick look at my working calendar, 7 of those 13 are Mondays.

    Yes, lets look at the stats. Approx 20,000 road deaths per year So about 15,000 per year are bike related. There is 22 million registered motorbikes in Thailand. So 0.0008% of the peeps riding those 22 million registered motorbike will die. According to statistics !

    Am down the road in Phan Thong... this whole area of Chonburi got pummeled yesterday. Power went out for 3 hours here dues to over head HV cable breaking.

    Not handheld but I have a Garmin Zumo XT for my motorbike, purchased locally with Thai maps installed... works great.

    Triple time for public holidays and Sundays. 4 hours over time each normal workday is paid at 1.5. Well thats how it is paid here anyways.
