I found this thing at the top of a 1/2 km grassy hill in Hmong country on the road from Samoeng to Pai! Looks worse shape than it is (I think)…needs a seat and the front skis swung back around and reattached by the rubber steering pedals?? Brake is still there and the rubber still attached to the wooden wheels…all it needs is an 18 year old boy showing off for a beautiful young girl and she’s fast again!

I never did supply photo of my visa…just the passport photo and there was no problem! When I got there my visa was attached to pp. of course and they glanced at it! I think a lot of people rush thru these applications without taking the time to read and then have problems with the app being accepted etc. For me and many others it was flawless!

Can’t depend on mirrors much…that’s true especially to make a driving decision! Mirrors just help you keep a general idea on what’s going around you!

Agree but drivers tend to creep on me or I should say appear out of nowhere in my mirror my Aerox mirrors give a wonderful view of my shoulders however that’s my issue nothing to do with traffic laws! From what I’m reading here I think I have my answer…I’ll ride left left left side of left lane but not on the shoulder! Its the same in every country on the highways…the safest place is always out in front of the traffic….not 20 km’s slower with everyone forced into passing you!

That’s the answer I was hoping for….it makes sense to me! Dangerous riding on the hard shoulder for any length of time…the ditch or jungle or a ravine is always right there but most people do that it seems! Unfortunately riding left in the green lane is dangerous too but that’s just the way it is! Thank You for that….that’s what I’m doing now and hope your info. is correct????

I’m going to try to move a 6’ papaya the birds or a squirrel planted in a shady area for me….gets light but no sunshine so it won’t produce fruit! We grow papaya here in the mountains with very few problems except those big doves will clip off the plants at the ground level if we plant them out under a foot or so tall! Plenty of papaya but I’ve taken a liking to this particular plant because he tries so hard so even tho’ he’s taller than me I’ll try moving him!?

Anyone know for sure if Thai law says you must ride 2 wheel vehicle on the far left side of your lane next to the ditch! Is it an actual law or just a safer place to ride for some for slower traffic?

Agreed….that pretty much sums it up aaaand I think we’re “all”guilty….certainly different degrees of guilt on this particular subject but guilty to a man! Who doesn’t want to be seen to be correct on a subject and have their opinions taken seriously…on the other hand on a forum like this one (just as an example) you are almost immediately corrected, told you are wrong and you didn’t do the correct research ie: the research that person did and all by people who don’t have to stand face to face or even attach a picture of themselves to their “nicknames” Forums are not a place for the weak at heart!

The rainforests have been disappearing for 50 years (actually 45 years…we started paying attention in 1978)….still disappearing and if they didn’t reproduce or replenish themselves at all they’d all be gone in approx. 100 more years! Floating cities….eating seaweed and insects??? Only 30% of the earths surface is land…take away mountains, jungles, forests, deserts etc humans live on about 9% (approx) of the earths surface! With that in mind I think to say we destroyed the environment is pretty presumptuous and we’re only overpopulated in “certain areas”…Alaska and NWT just as 2 examples are capable of supporting many many times their population as are 100’s of others places on earth! Many might not want to live in those places but that doesn’t change the facts….if you could somehow comprehend how huge the earth is you might now be so quik to say we’ve destroyed it????

Yes very easy to sprout and grow and the seed/new grass will conform to the landscape where you can’t level it (see above) as well! I’ve used the sod as well but not for this application! Sod is actually cheaper by a bunch but has its downfalls as well ie: my dog drags it around…hopefully she’s past the puppy stage now

If you aren’t getting fined , suspended or censored maybe you’re just not trying hard enough????

I think genuinely smart people look for answers from people smarter than themselves. Only ignorant people believe their guess is as good as anyone else’s!
