There is a Red Notice but that doesn't do anything except advise member police forces, so there is actually not much they can do. Oops, sorry, wrong bloke, there isn't a Notice for this Iranian but it wouldn't help them anyway unless his country co-operates with the RTP and for extradition the RTP need to tell the police of the country he's in exactly where he's located, so, still not much they can do.
