Where was it stated that the windscreen had a 90% tint? AN posters who weren't there, excluded, of course.

Those tints are designed to allow the occupants to see out and, generally, completely prevent seeing inside the vehicle. As the pictures show that the interior of the pickup can be seen from the outside through the windscreen at some distance, your 90% tint claim is highly dodgy.
