    You get the point. A fine is all needed, maybe 7 days in jail. Very strange sentence if true. You don't get the point. The charges he faced carried a 5-year sentence.

    I bet you know the Thai word for "proportionality"... Do you know the Thai for "21 counts"?

    No, it does not say that. It specifically states that he was sentenced to the maximum of 105 years (5 years for each of 21counts), reduced to the the maximum permitted sentence of 50 years.
