  1. Fart ? Only if you're standing near to Zioner.
  2. Obviously, you don't properly understand the meaning of, or the sentiment behind, either word. Your conclusion is bizarre in the extreme.
  3. Because it was reported in the OP. Intonation and certain internationally understood profanities are easily interpreted.
  4. He has been allowed to remain here even though his visa has expired/not renewed pending the criminal cases that he is facing.
  5. NAh Yes, that is the way that it works, regardless of your ill-informed "Nahs".
  6. If you think they are actually in jail you are naive. You are misinformed. Joe Ferrari is serving his sentence that he refused to appeal. Let's hear it if you have any evidence that he has been released. Premchai was recently released after serving his sentence in prison.
  7. Is that the case for Thailand and New Zealand?
  8. Their action was an assault. The public does not have the right to forcibly disarm a police officer particularly one who is in the process of trying to effect an arrest on that person.
  9. "Rich people do not really go to jail". Oh yes, they do, ask Joe Ferrari or the Chairman of Italian-Thai. "They will be found guilty. The then appeal and apply for bail (yes this happens in Thailand)" Yes, that happens in most countries when appealing. "You can run over the police in a Ferrari and be freed in Thailand. If you have money". As happens in most countries. Being remanded in custody is not something that usually happens after traffic accidents, even fatal ones.
  10. They would be if they also assaulted the police and stole their guns.
  11. Apparently, not, at least not available to show the police, otherwise why would they be charged with not having a licence...did they show their motorcycle licences? Having a NZ licence and perhaps not having it in Thailand doesn't count.
  12. Which is it, then? "Ask his wife to find the reason" or "this is the reason"... make up your mind!
  13. Marble, my arse...concrete more like it.
  14. Really, you have access to what goes on in immigration do you? Of course, I do not, there's no need for me be in that position to know that there have never been any reported cases of that happening, if there had, you could be sure that it would be all over the internet.
  15. Of course it doesn't but foreigners who's passport was found to contain the fake stamp faced prosecution. That's because he had a fake stamp in his passport, visas/extensions issued by the IB are not fakes!
  16. Husband and wife can use each others tax allowance. That would be the Revenue Department's business, why would the employer need his passport details?
  17. I understand how unlikely your bizarre suggestion was, you seriously think that he's a dependent of hers? Even if he was what business would his passport be of her employer (unless her employer is the Revenue Department!)?
  18. Trump says some undocumented immigrants are ‘not people’ What he actually said was, "In some cases [undocumented immigrants who are accused of crimes] are not people, in my opinion. But I’m not allowed to say that..." ...but there's no point in reporting accurately, is there, WaPo?
  19. Why? What have his passport details got to do with her tax liability?
  20. Have you been to Chiang Rai? Have to be 1/3 Aussies there. So the vast majority are not Australian and wouldn't be wanting AUD! Q.E.D.
  21. Look again No need, I did that before this exchange. Which Section of the Act are you claiming covers it?
  22. Well the guy is a goose. That is life. I see a lot of Thais and I can't figure out how they make money. Maybe they just settle for cheap life. You're saying that he's a "cheap goose" just because he didn't have any AUD at the time the OP wanted it? Maybe he was overflowing with other real currencies that there was more of a call for?
