Agreed. But they changed the way they normally do the clinical trials. Overlapped them shortening the time. Along with pressure on a bloated government agency, FDC, to act fast. The latter is not an easy task!  LOL

no actually this whole covid vaccine situation is not straightforward.

apparently the rna vaccines have been in development for years and years (a decade?) ... for CANCER ... and then they decided to tweak it for covid? .... or so the legend goes. you never know what to believe.

that's it. i'm done talking about covid. i'm retiring my account.

  2. Interesting that the previous poster mentions PTSD.

I just looked up sleep paralysis and found this:

You’re more likely to encounter sleep paralysis if you’re under a lot of stress or have experienced threatening or traumatic life events. People with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), for example, are much more likely than the average person to have episodes of sleep paralysis.

It's possible that unresolved emotional/psychological issues that are buried in our subconscious come to the surface during sleep. If I were you, I would consider going to see a psychotherapist. And there shouldn't be any stigma associated with that.

A bad omen, indeed it is.

Transmission of CV-19 occurs mostly through news broadcasting.

The virus settles in between the ears and affects rational thinking.

Symptoms may include hyper-vigilant cleansing, distrust of friends

and neighbors, and an overwhelming urge to give up basic human rights

for the perception of safety. Individuals with larger vacuums between

the ears are at higher risk.

    Don't hold back.

Tell us what you really think about covid.

The human race probably only survived to the 18th century because some had immunity to viruses. Those that had no immunity probably died or got very sick.

I have to assume those that survived had healthy immune systems.

Interesting comment. What did people do before Big Pharma vaccines?

When they finally manage to vaccinate everyone in 2 years (optimistic view), how will they deal with ongoing strains?

I've seen people online say the vaccination campaign is a bad idea because of all the mutations. Things might be a mess for years everywhere.

Not to mention Mr. Vaccine himself Bill Gates just got divorced. I don't know if you're superstitious like me, but that's a bad omen!

    How will everyone know?

My government don't even know I'm outside the UK.

I don't even tell people I meet (or women I have sex with) where I live or my real name ....... they don't need to know.

    Impossible to hide.

They're rolling out the QR codes.

Maybe you won't even be allowed to travel within Thailand, but don't quote me on that.

Employers may discriminate against people who don't have it.

And family members will give you a hard time ... depending on your situation.

I'm getting it ASAP. The bs surrounding not getting it is way worse than all the other scenarios. I'd rather die of Covid than try to function in society without this thing.

I don't believe it will end, always be variants, mutations.Covid will become like the annual flu,so get used to vaccinations every year, and lockdowns every time the virus pops up in some community.

    Annual shots probably.

    More lockdowns probably not.
