    Richard, you will well know that no 2 DLT's or 2 DLT Officers are the same. Saying it is "easy" can be very misleading. An Agent does a lot more than just hold your hand. They can also assist with getting you, door to door, to the Office and back home. Depends on individual circumstances.🙃🙃
