I got so many deliveries from other Lazada delivery companies (almost 100). There was never a problem. Only when I ordered a monitor and they had to use a truck there were again problems. This delivery mentioned before was with a truck too. Obviously this is not so easy... But it was not only the problematic courier. Kerry didn't respond to emails. Their online chat service told me several times that they will call back what they never did. My experience with Lazada itself has always been good. Especially the online chat. I always enter "talk to human" and I get a service agent immediately.

I have the same problem with Lazada and Kerry. First delivery 2 calls (for the Kerry system because it gets logged there...). He hung up immediately and was never here (we have a gate with guards). In the system he writes that I rejected the delivery. Order was sent back to the seller. I order the same again at the same seller. Second Kerry delivery. I get 2 calls and again he hung up immediately. In the system he writes that I postponed the delivery. The next 3 days out for delivery but no call and no delivery. On the 4th day it arrived late in the evening. The parcel was open and damaged.

A friend of mine has an Acer all in one PC. During warranty the CMOS battery died (the battery for the BIOS). To replace it you have to dismantle the whole PC. The battery is on the motherboard. You have to remove this to have access to the battery on it. But it was still under warranty so only Acer could replace it. We had to send it to Acer to replace this small battery and wait and wait...

It is worthless now. Obviously this number brings bad luck. Better buy amulets ????
