There comes a point where you have to accept the result, accept it has happened and move on . Accept the UK isn't in the E,U anymore and get on with life and go forwards To keep talking about whether it was the right or wrong decision is rather pointless now and its a waste of time to try and convince Leavers they were wrong . Move on , the U.K has moved on

Those are the after effects of Brexit, rather than Brexit itself

The problem is inflation , workers need a 10 % pay rise just to keep their standard of living

I did mean actually talking about Brexit itself , rather than any thing that may or may not be connected with Brexit . Queues at airports is a different topic to Brexit . The economy would be effected by Brexit , but again, the economy is a different topic to Brexit . My point was that people are just getting on with it , rather than talking about whether we should have left or not

Here in the U.K , everyone seems to just be getting on with it and have moved on and I haven't yet heard anyone mention Brexit or its effects. Could be that Brits living in Thailand had thoughts about moving to Spain or somewhere in the E.U and want the UK to re-join the E.U so they can get a visa* for Spain ? * I know

Why are some people so concerned about a recession in a Country they don't live in ? Like it doesn't effect them at all

Just one other Country is going into a recessions , rather than the other five countries in G7 . That is good news IMO , would be bad news if all 7 Countries went into recession ????

If you look at the title of this thread , it is stating that the U.K is suffering more than other Countries , pointing out other Countries are suffering in the same way as the UK is a valid point in showing that the UK really isn't suffering more than other Countries

That is what the electorate wanted , British people wanted to leave the E.U . Either call a referendum or have Nigel Farage as PM and we would have left the E.U that way . The will of the people . As Labour found out in the last election, if M.Ps disregard what the electorate says, they will be voted out of office

In regards to Labour and Starmer , Labour and Starmer were way ahead in the opinion polls whilst Boris was PM . Set to be elected in the next election . Now although Labour are still in front in the opinion polls , Conservative leader Sunak has overtaken Starmer in the opinion polls

Or Left wing policies are about giving people things for free and Right wing policies are about getting people to acquire things for themselves through working for it . Ends up with Right wingers working and left wingers protesting about wanting more things for free

Rather stereotypical there . Right wing people also help out and help others . Left wing stereotypes were left wingers are nice friendly generous honest helpful people and right wingers are nasty mean dishonest racists , which isn't true at all

Do I have to repost the graph again that shows the U.K is in the middle of all E.U Countries when it comes to economic figures ? Do you understand that USA , Japan and Canada are not in the E.U and you are comparing the U.K to those non E.U Countries to show Brexit was a mistake ? Why not compare the U.K to other E.U Countries ?

Because the UK ISNT struggling more than other Countries and the whole of the E.U is predicted to go into recession . But to prove that Brexit was bad for the U.K , lets compare the U.K to non E.U Countries like USA , Japan and Canada (G7)
