They were at a meeting attended by various people from all over the World and its quite normal to ask each where they come from .When people meet for the first time, its quite regular to enquire where they come from . There is nothing racist about asking someone who you've just met, asking them where they come from . BTW , you are comparing being Black to having a disability or a deformity .
