FTI Urges Government Action as 567 Thai Factories Close in Five Months
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What Srettha says, we should not think about so much. he does not have a clue what disaster the wallet will bring if implemented. It might have been an article about that. If true, will only add to the number that closes next time. -
Ok, maybe they do some things in the background, but that is not the point. The point is that they must make real efforts and inform gullible people about that the authorities do not work that way, and if they do, then it´s corruption, and they should never transfer. If they are suspected of anything, the police can lock access to their accounts by contacting the banks with a warrant for it. That´s the information that must be sent to the broader mass of Thai citizens.

FTI Urges Government Action as 567 Thai Factories Close in Five Months

So, what should the government do to help, people run their business? Should they create a demand that does not exist? Should they make overproduction invisible and include no costs? Does the knowledge of market research and adapting to changes suddenly become the governments job? -

Russian Man Steals 15,000 Baht and Phone in Phuket Bar Heist

Have you considered it is about 70 million Thais, compared to maybe 300 000 foreigner per day in Thailand. Look at the percentage related to crime at nationality. After that we can have a talk again. -

Yeah, you are very right. It´s not a bad version at all. You know, the price, % or no %, they just want to keep the level of quality, and if drop price, it might be questionable. -
Russian Man Steals 15,000 Baht and Phone in Phuket Bar Heist

What? Where is the racism? Where did you read that somebody said it was a greater chance to be robbed by a foreigner than a Thai in Thailand? Nobody has been speaking about that, more than you. What they are saying, can be understood as they do not want more of thieving foreigners in Thailand, and that they see the visa-free system as contributing to that. Something that it truly does, as we have seen an uptick of problem after it was implemented. All from stealing to violence and other bad behavior. What do you think they should do with their fellow countrymen? Deport them? -
This is starting to be ridiculous. This is a well known scam by now. Why in the world do not all authorities go together and run info and warnings about it in commercial breaks in Thai series and prime time TV. How else will it be possible to educate farmer families. Also give information to head of every village and make them take it up as a reminder on every village meeting.

Ops! Sorry for fixing even more problem for you regarding the new installation. Thanks for updating me about how it went. Sound really crazy, man. Guess it´s just to wait and see what the "professionals" have to say. BTW, I have quit the facial recognition, and just think it´s better with a 6-digit code. The thing that was most irritating was when try to login after sun go down. Just didn´t work well.

Yes, it is. Especially in Thailand and countries with high tourism, as that always leads to that everyone think they can make it in the same line of business. -

Yeah of course they need to stop visa free entrance. It should back to 15-30 days, which is perfectly enough for a regular holiday. If wish to stay longer, all visas should demand criminal background check, before issued. -

Seems to me like that guy left a clear postcard of himself. That guy is toast! I suggest they give the girls father 5 minutes with the guy in a closed room with no cameras. -

As I said, our belief and opinion differ in that case. Just leave it with that. -

You are free to believe what you want. Wise of how they do things here with minimum amount of work load, I am, as posted, pretty sure they will not have any interest in that. That´s of course what I believe, and where our opinions differ. -

No, I don´t know that. They have video, and if they do not find any thing suspicious when examining the body, I bet they won´t even call him in for a statement. According to the video he walked back to his car and died alone. How is the boyfriend involved? -

Now we are talking. Weihenstephaner is really good, but soon close to 200 bath a bottle. However, worth every sip and baht. Erdinger Weissbier and Paulaner are also good, and actually quite common in Lotus´s and Tops of what I have seen.
