He also tried to explain that to you numerous of times. It´s really very simple. Give a particular suggestion in the name of a hotel if you have any experience of the island. Otherwise let it be. Out of my knowledge only Paypal accounts registered in Thailand held by foreigners who do not have Thai credentials for ID verification can no longer be used. If that is what you have, then that´s the reason, and it will no longer work. However, it sounds like you are using a foreign card which makes me believe you have a Paypal account registered outside of Thailand. In that case, I do not know the reason. If you are trying to pay with a foreign card to your Thailland registered Paypal account that will also be blocked as foreigners no longer came receive money to Paypal accounts registered in Thailand. Anyway, that´s how I have understood it. ????

I am living permanently in Thailand since over 2 decades. Absolutely no lack of affection and attention in my life. However, that goes two ways, as any real man should know. I have a wonderful family, wife, children. No complaints here. ????

Sounds to me that you did not check with any of yours banks, as the banks can see what is wrong and why the transactions not went thorugh.
