So, minor injuries. The staffer will pay for hospital treatment , but probably not needed. The tourist do not want to take any legal action against the staffer. I totally fail to see the news in this incident.

However, If you travel domestic, the rules are that you do not need to make a new TM30 when you come back to your registered address. If you leave the country, most immigration offices want you to do a visit and inform that you are back at the same registered address if on the same extension with a re-entry permit. Some will want you to do a new TM30. If you travel abroad and return on a visa exempt entry or a new visa, that will lead to the need of a new TM30 report. As said regarding visa extension with re-entry permit, travelling abroad will reset you 90 day report date.

I think you are missing the meaning with the initial comment. The poster meant it lacks all the flavor, quality and aroma that "real" coffee has. Pure nonsense! Probably didn´t happen. Besides that, by law, you have the right to produce your passport at a later time at the station. It´s just to refuse to pay.

This particular incident, has nothing much to do with that. The wrong person at the clinic, did the service, and used the tools in a wrong way. Normally this is a very easy procedure.
