Thaksin Shinawatra Covered His Entire 6-Month Hospital Cost
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The people with money, who think it´s all about money. This has nothing to do with if he payed or the government payed his hospital bill. i t has nothing to do with money or what he pay or not pay for. It simply has to do with that he managed to stay out of jail, and instead be treated like a king in a VIP hospital room. -

Appeal Launched for British Teacher Gravely Injured in Thailand Crash

We are going of track, because you accuse me of things I have not done. Stand up for it, and tell me where I posted that I blamed the guy for what has happened to him. That´s not off topic at all. You are the one that can´t to that, and it hurts too much for you to admit. -
Now we are talking. You are on the right path! 🙂 I would still not shout and beat up the cook for it. I would kindly ask them to change and correct. As many restaurants I´ve been to, I am almost 100% sure it would not be a problem. And if they fix it without problems, then I might give a little bit bigger tip. If the food I got was well cooked, that will say.

Is it sensible enough to ask you to produce such information that I´ve posted? Maybe harder than laughing, and much easier to ignore. -

So, now we are there again. Richard always gets to tell people they are stupid and derail threads and tell them they are on a lower level. You know, that defines a a person with a huge chip on their shoulder. Then again you believe you are the judge over what is sensible or not, and what is wrong or right. Like I said yesterday, it´s Laughable. Total clownery. You should seek job in a circus. -

Ok, and why do you not think we are capable of doing that all by ourselves? Maybe we even have better ways than using a anonymous forum for personal contacts. That, like goes against each other, right? I think you were an English teacher until about a month ago. Got the boot, and now you just can´t stop teaching. -

Tenant Flees, Leaving Behind Mountains of Trash and Unpaid Rent

Sure, I understand 9 month lost rent can hurt. However, that is kind of created by the landlord herself. I don´t know anywhere in Thailand that you could stay for over 3 month without getting forced to move. -

Yeah, I used an If, and how you read that as an implication, is totally your business. Not my problem, and might also not be what it meant, based on your bias, as you are a pro-Brit Bigot, right. Yeah, again, Jeez! You took it out of context again, Richard. I must ask if you are this stupid? Did you see it that I compared one known saying, with a relevant to this, that I made up myself? No, you didn´t understand that, and you didn´t reflect over it. Your fingers where so quick, out in force, to protect your British pride. That, kind of, make you the one who don´t understand, but maybe that is because you have that basic intellect you try to force on others. Yes, It is, but because of The European Union. GHIC is only valid within EU and in Switzerland. Needless to say, it will also only be valid for citizens of The European Union. Therefore it has no bearing at all, as if AESEAN had the same, then that would only be available within the AESEAN community for the AESEAN citizens. Plans like this does not exist between closed communities, but only within such communities. So, I guess parents, school and governments, will just have to make it work. You don´t have to to make IF big for me Richard, I can read, see and understand. It´s not playing dumb at all, as there are high quality insurances that do cover and stand for their terms and conditions. To make one available that if government funded, will not work well. They will try their best to not cover everything they possibly can. If you expect me to agree or not, isn´t anything that concerns me. What you also see as clear, is total BS. The reason is that I simply do not agree with you. Nothing else. But I can see that you have practiced your name calling and degrading of other people intelligence to a professional level. Good job! Please keep it up, as we don´t want you to get rusty. -

First, where did I post he did drive without helmet and license? If you look, it was an If, in front which usually means that the one posting that is not sure as well. Therefore, you don´t have to ask such stupid question! After that, I don´t know where to begin. So much nonsense in one post it baffling. If you were reckless and did not care or think about insurance, that´s up to you. In my opinion this is something parents teach or the school. That way, the youngsters will know and give a thought if they care. For that reason, there should be no need for any GoFundMe and other people to pay. You do the crime, you do the time. Same here, you do it the stupid way, you got to pay! At the end, you also rooting for compulsory insurance, so people just don´t have to care or think by themselves. Great, Richard! You are making zombies that are fed with what they need, just to solve the problem. That´s not the right way. It comes down to that both parents and the school system as well as government agencies and organizations must inform and make young people of today care. -

Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yeah, sure, but can you please stop take things out of context to fit your weird agenda. What I posted was that it´s stupid to buy an insurance without coverage, and it´s stupid to, if he did, ride without helmet and license. Out of one or two of the reasons a Go Fund Me is now live, and the need for other peoples money to fix his own mistakes. But if you think that is OK, just because it regards a Brit, then so be it. I have no problem with that. -
I am sorry to burst you bubble, but the facts are: Rank Country Number of UK expats 1 Australia 1,300,000 2 Spain 761,000 3 United States 678,000 4 Canada 603,000 5 Ireland 291,000 6 New Zealand 215,000 7 South Africa 212,000 8 France 200,000 9 Germany 115,000 10 Cyprus 59,000 11 UAE 55,000 12 Pakistan 47,000 13 Singapore 45,000 14 Switzerland 45,000 15 Israel 44,000 16 The Netherlands 44,000 17 Thailand 41,000 18 China and Hong Kong 36,000 19 Turkey 34,000 20 India 32,000 As you can see Philippines are not even among the top 20, but Thailand is 17.

Why some? In other words, he bought a cheap charlie insurance. With a real one the costs in Thailand would be covered. After that, he would be able to travel on a regular plane home. So, out of his stupidity, just another GoFundMe is live and well. Let others pay for your mistakes. If he wasn´t stupid enough to drive without helmet and license of course.- 233 replies
