It's not necessarily just their physical attributes (or lack thereof). Since the advent of generations of kids addicted to their cell phones, the art of casual conversation is basically dead. I bought what was supposed to be police strength pepper spray, and when one of the beasts charged at me, I hit that bastard straight in the face. SOB merely licked it up like it was chicken soup. I now use an air pellet pistol, plastic pellets - NOT the metal ones which can be lethal. And I know there will be blowback on this post - "Oh you bad man, how could you?" IDGAF, the bastards only charge me once. The plastic pellets sting enough to really get their attention, no permanent harm done.
