  1. Just like all your other posts, utter nonsense. There is not one word of a sentence being stayed. Nice try. https://ypdcrime.com/penal.law/article460.php
  2. There are too may eyes watching from around the world. He MUST be treated fairly or the judicial system is a joke.
  3. This is in New York. Completely different ball game, NOT your personal experience.
  4. From your link: "The pre-sentence interview is a chance for the defendant to try to make a good impression and explain why he or she deserves a lighter punishment." I think the convicted felon/former president is starting off on the wrong foot here. In the public rant shortly after his verdict, he berated the judge, Michael Cohen (news flash - he's still under the gag order and this was ANOTHER violation), the entire "corrupt" judicial system, and so on ad nauseum. Regret and contrition are not part of his makeup, only cheap orange spray tan. And people WANT this disgraceful excuse for human flesh to represent the US?!? What the hell is WRONG with them?
  5. It was NOT just "a white collar paperwork crime." It was a coverup of election fraud. It was a criminal conspiracy. Nixon new he was going to go to prison for the same thing without a pardon. Please try and keep up.
  6. Yes, that is part of the probation process. The probation officer will ALSO have to take into account ALL his pending trials as well as his prior civil lawsuits. If it were ANYONE ELSE, they would have been locked away a long time ago. And the convicted felon whines and cries about the "two tier justice system." PLEEEEEEEEEEZE!!!
  7. As well, he can no longer have a real estate license in New York. How can anyone actually want this reprobate representing the US?!?
  8. Nah, can't agree. I switch over occasionally just to see how far they've gone down the rabbit hole, I can't do more than 30 seconds then it's either turn them off or vomit.
  9. And anyone who uses Fox Not News as a source has drank the Kool-Aid and put on the blinders of idiocy.
  10. No, it's called denial. Not even gonna start on YOUR avatar cuz it means nothing, just like your posts.
  11. It's because they are hateful people with dark hearts. They hate people who are different from them. They hate people who don't belong to the same Christian Nationalist cult as them. Their convicted felon master is one of the most hateful people of all, and they like how he has made it popular to trade in their white robes for red hats. These hateful people are calling for the death of the jurors who convicted their messiah. These hateful people are spoiled children who make these threats because they don't like the outcome of the trial. Bottom line, who else but hateful people would even consider electing a convicted felon/known fraudster/adjudicated sex offender/adulterer to represent the US?
  12. Well put. It will be interesting to see how they deflect, deny, or obfuscate these points.
  13. Not at all and you know it. I can't STAND Biden. He ran on a promise to be a one-term president, then hubris took over. I just can't stand the thought of having a convicted felon and adjudicated sex offender representing the US.
  14. No. This actually started with Reagan. He intentionally failed to renew "The Fairness Doctrine" which held ACTUAL news groups accountable for what they printed. THEN Clinton removed the laws that stopped monopolies in the news media. As a result, you basically have 6 groups that control over 90% of "news" broadcast around the world. This is why we have become so divided, though I must insist those who do NOT pour the Fox Not News garbage into their minds are glad to debate facts, where Fox Not News viewers are close-minded and can only parrot the ridiculous talking points they are ordered to repeat.
  15. I wouldn't bet on that: https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/countries-that-dont-allow-felons
  16. There seems to be many non US citizen cult supporters as well.
  17. Lock him up. Pronouns DO matter.
  18. Truly delusional. Even Fox Not News polls show he lost voters and his stock plummeted. He MAY win re-election, but Vegas oddsmakers have him losing, and THOSE guys are serious. The difference between people in church and people in Vegas? When the people in Vegas pray, they MEAN it.
  19. MANY countries a felon cannot enter. That would seriously hamper foreign affairs: https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/countries-that-dont-allow-felons
  20. First AND last time he'll win the popular vote, and this will put to rest whether he'll win in 2024. (For those in the cult, that means he's going to lose.)
  21. Supposedly they are going to give a decision on that soon.
  22. You really don't get it, do you?
  23. That’s the kind of prediction that is perhaps better saved for your days out at Aintree. New York convictions are rarely overturned, and those are usually due to DNA evidence. I don't think the convicted felon wants to go there. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overturned_convictions_in_the_United_States
  24. 555 Speculation of the worst kind.
  25. My take - his attorney threw him under the bus. "It was his decision."
