You may be right, probably we will never know. If he made those allegations whilst in Thailand, even if true, we all know what would have happened? He made the right decision to leave, then write about it! Probably a good idea to not go back to Thailand?

As you say there are 2 sides to every story! The chances of the RTP coming forth and saying anything is extremely low, so we only have his story?

You make a good point. Thai media especially TThaiger aren't known for reporting accuracy. As you say the RTP would know but as we all know they don't always tell the truth?????

Correct, but obviously you would need a UK address. Your question as to why the don't use email is a very good one. I have 3 private pensions and they send an email every 2 years or so that I need to get signed and verified by a notary etc, then I can scan and email the form back, which of course obviates the use of snail mail/post. Rhetorical question but why do the DWP insist on using the 'post' method? -
