I know that some immigration office toy pay for EVERYTHING even at least 100 baht for your 90 day check in. You should report them to the head office in Bangkok or move to another place where they are honest. the office i go to is very good. I tried giving them 100 baht and said this is for your lunch and i tried giving it to the officer with no one looking and the officer said thank you but we can not take money where there are no charge for the service. Pattaya is a very dishonest office and this i can say from doing business there. My friend who still live there says it is cheaper to pay a visa company the 10,000 baht and they do everything for you than it is to do it yourself and pay even for the 90 check in. Good luck

I was a police officer in America for 28 years and many time you over look a so small misdemeanor because the person really did nothing that bad or did not hurt anyone. This poor lady just lost her husband and now they want to put he into more pain. Let the lady go if the only thing she done wrong was stay with and love her husband till the day he died then felt so lonely and was wondering on the beach that her and husband probably loved. You have to have a return ticket unless you have a retirement or marriage visa and have a re entry stamp in your passport which you have to show when getting your COE You can book with Qatar airline for a ticket for up to 1 year and change it at any time for free. I know this because I have done it.

I have been in the sand box for 12 days and I stick mainly to my self so that i will not get anything from some one. But I see many farangs do everything and many not even wearing a mask so it is not wonder that more sand box people have not gotten the covid 19. Even those you have both shots you can still get it so please because and watch what to do and who you talk or do thing with.

I cam to Phuket 12 days ago and had to stay in the room until they got the results from the test taken at the airport which took about 10 hour i was tried so i did not leave the room that night. the next day i went to the hotel lobby and they scanned my app and then i was free to do or go any place. every day you have to go to the hotel lobby and have hem scan your app then you are free. So I do not know what hotel you are staying at but they are 100% wrong if they say you can not leave your room unless your airport test did not check out. Good luck

Yes the sand box is still open. I am here now and have 3 mores until i can go to my home in Udon Thani. I think the sand box is the greatest. thing that the Thai government has done to help the Thai people mainly in Phuket and to help Farangs to come back to Thailand to live or visit.

I just came back from America getting my vaccines to help protect my Thai wife and daughter. I can tell you that i would rather die in Thailand where I have people who care about me than to live and die in America where there are more illegal living in the city I live in than there are American. If you get sick in America you will die there faster than any other place unless you have millions of dollars. Th American government is now as bad as it can get and the president should be in a mental hospital his self.

I went to America to get my 2 jabs and I am now in the sand box for 1 more week before I can go to my home in the northeast. The sand box is a lot cheaper than being quarantined in Bangkok plus you are free to go out and see and do things. Thailand has been my home for 16 years and after going back to America last month I really feel sorry for the people that have to live there with all the illegals and more coming everyday and the problems they predict that will happen on 9/11 YES i think it is a very good deal. I wish more people would do it to help the Thai people and to keep the sandbox open.
