'Special' (Private) room at Hua Hin Hospital.
Will B Good replied to Fortean1's topic in Hua Hin and Cha-Am
I was allocated the VIP suite in our local hospital. It was a private room with a bed, squat toilet and a hand basin that was hanging of the wall and covered in ants. The walls were covered in patches of blood, which I hoped were ex-mosquitos!...Oh and it had one chair. Three nights, four litres of saline drip, antibiotics, essential salts....£60. -

Do you get many bookings...rude to ask? Came back from the UK to find the wife had built a small house in our back garden, a 1000 sq ft outdoor living space with veranda, pool table, bar and kitchen/diner......says she wants to let it all out.....but we are a million miles from anywhere. -
Elon Musk May Be Summoned to UK Parliament Over Role of X

OMG......from one of his own kids.....re: Taylor Swift comment I don’t really have anything to add to it, it’s just abhorrent,” she said. “I would just like to say to my audience members, don’t let people talk to you like that. It’s disgusting, it’s belittling and incredibly sexist. You deserve better.” I swear, every week it’s something new with this guy. If I was a billionaire, you’d never hear from me again. I’d be chilling out in my life-sized replica of Optimus Prime and I’d never touch a device with a Wi-Fi connection ever again (the Transformer would be steam-powered). Not Mr “Real-life Tony Stark”, though. Musk is so chronically online – so transparently needy – that he’d rather have the approval of his legion of anonymous 13-year-old trolls than his own child. But then, who can blame him? Who among us hasn’t betrayed our own kin so we can spend our lives making unfunny memes on an irrelevant website? It’s Shakespearean, in its way. With his comments on Taylor Swift, Elon Musk has reached a weird new low - https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/elon-musk-taylor-swift-baby-tweet-daughter-b2611575.html -

There is no credible evidence or verified reports that Kamala Harris refused to be checked for wearing an “invisible” earpiece during any debate with Donald Trump. This claim seems to be part of misinformation or conspiracy theories that often arise around high-profile political events. Similar rumors have circulated about various political figures, particularly during televised debates, but they are usually unsubstantiated and debunked by fact-checkers. During debates, candidates typically follow strict rules set by the debate commission, and the use of any earpieces or communication devices would likely be prohibited. Can you please provide a credible link for KH refusing to be checked for an earphone?

Some men become incels (involuntary celibates) due to a combination of social, psychological, and personal factors. These may include feelings of rejection, isolation, or difficulty forming romantic or sexual relationships. Some incels may experience low self-esteem, body image issues, or social anxiety. Online communities can reinforce negative views of women and relationships, amplifying their frustrations and sometimes leading to hostility. Broader societal issues like shifting gender dynamics and unrealistic expectations from media can also contribute to their sense of alienation. So being a double-bagger doesn't help.

Whose playbook? Donald Trump has indicated that if he wins the presidency in 2024, he may pursue the imprisonment of political opponents. He claims he would have "no choice" but to take such actions, as he argues that his opponents have already weaponized the justice system against him. Trump has suggested that figures like election officials, political operatives, and those involved in prosecuting him could face long prison sentences under his administration [oai_citation:2,Trump Says He’d Have ‘No Choice’ But to Lock Up Political Opponents if He Wins in 2024 -

One can smell the whiff of rotten democracy in the air when an air-head blonde, burned out ex-TV star is considered a possible contender in the presidential race. What times we live in.
