I never said the the bullet hit the vest and ricocheted......I just pointed out that is something people are reporting. Neither do I know the bullet struck his neck first. No....I was just correcting you on the matter of bullets potentially ricocheting of bullet proof vests. I wonder if the shooter knew or even thought he might be wearing a bullet proof vest. Had the bullet hit him square on the chest I assume he stood a good chance of surviving. There is still no firm evidence where the bullet struck, so it's all conjecture anyway.
