  1. Sure, but you won’t be able to register it in your name since you’re unable to obtain a CoR on a short term stamp. Same answer, need a long term permission to stay stamp in order to obtain a CoR.
  2. I think the fish wandered off and got lost.
  3. A lot of the elephant camps are inhumane tourists attractions. As opposed to riding a whipped into submission elephant, I’d suggest visiting some of the actual humane sites that are in the Ban Huai Takrai, Mae Wang area.
  4. Nonsense, complete paranoid garbage. Go read the law. The close of the loophole is mainly for Thai and foreign residents generating income from abroad. The rest is just typical gossip incited by a lame news article.
  5. Fair skinned individuals probably shouldn’t spend too much time in the sun, especially laying out half clothed baking like a lobster.
  6. If living here 180 days or longer during the year and generating untaxed income from abroad then taxes will be owed. No taxes will be owed on pensions, ssi or money that has already been taxed from abroad
  7. I read from various outlets and empirically assimilate a deduction to possible facts and wait for history to fester out the truth, but even then who knows. All the media is rampant with controlled bs.
  8. I haven’t had cornflakes in decades…
  9. This doesn’t apply to retirees unless they’re generating taxable income.
  10. I have a very open mind. Though a very closed narrow mind of supporting the CCP by any measure.
  11. Both 100%, thank you. I’ve mandated to not purchase any Chinese products whenever possible, a bit of a learning curve for the wife and now she has a good habit of reading labels and asking questions. Though unfortunately we have no choice.
  12. Only under one condition, if it were nuclear powered and not built in china.
  13. I’m an ev atheist. Petroleum is everywhere and I put it in everything I drive and nearly everything is dependent on petroleum including ev’s!
  14. Wait until you’re 50yo to proceed. Until then you can stay up to four months on visa on arrival stamp from date of entry, via extensions and border crossings. At age 50 you can apply for a change of visa 90 days for reason of retirement
  15. Well there are, but personally I don’t/wouldn't use that method. Being I’m 100% independent and self reliant.
  16. Until you end up staying in an area where there no charging stations within a week or so, then you’ll have to whip out your little granny cord and go at it 😃
  17. This is great, I hope there’s a major sugar depletion, maybe the food vendors will stop lacing the food with it.
  18. There are no charging stations between Famg and Ban Therd Thai, none, I was looking. Granny charger? Good grief, what a PITA & wait. No thanks, I’ll continue to load up on petroleum and go and enjoy without a concern. Enjoy your pet ev’s.
  19. Do you have a bank account with 800k? (400k married) or do you need advice on circumventing that requirement?
  20. I really don’t care about having a pet ev, besides they’re worthless for the areas we often venture to. Last winter we took a two week trip to MHS, Fang, Mae Ai, Mae Salong then up to Ban Therd Thai where we stayed for a week visiting friends and exploring. The ev charging stations are bleak, if any, in fact we didn’t see one. Would have been dead in the water if we were driving an ev heap.
  21. EV’s are a heap of rubble without electricity, need to pack a generator and fuel out in the boondocks. Fuel is readily available everywhere.
  22. Maybe some people just have no interest in engaging and reacting to some of the mental health conditions on the internet.
  23. “Florida surgeon general recommends against mRNA COVID shots, cites discredited theory” https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/4387662-florida-surgeon-general-recommends-against-mrna-covid-shots-cites-discredited-theory/
