My wife in the US was probably the best thing that ever happened to me, we were best of friends and we never struggled about anything. Videos don’t prove anything ever. I stopped using Firefox long ago, too many issues. Using Edge only for business and chrome for other things. Security is the purpose of having a browser dedicated only for business activities. Default browser for other things. Copy and paste links from trusted email to the dedicated business browser etc

Have you tried using a different web browser? Sometimes I have issues with chrome connecting to an application to open a file, but when I try a different browser like edge it works.
