    If racism has a face, What a shame! Chinese, Indians and possibly Russians are here to stay. China and India accounts for 60% of Asia’s population and with a big middle income bracket, you would see them here or other touristy places a lot. I know you can’t accept them but blatant display of racism on public board doesn’t suit an upstanding expat like you. You are better than that.

    I am not sure Thailand understand the magnitude of India’s population. It’s a tough order of magnitude to ensure food for 1.5 billion people. I think every country should think about their citizens first.

May be a developed, non corrupt, democratic nation can create those policies not a nation whose premier visits Airport 3 times a week to count no of tourists AKA billion bahts flying in country or sucking up to CCP and Russia with policies aimed at sucking up to them more. You won’t get what you want but what you deserve!

    I doubt that it’s visa related issues which are stopping Chinese from traveling to Thailand. Chinese problems are many starting from China not renewing their passports or granting new from their policy they created during Covid. plus lot of economic uncertainty is keeping Chinese at home or close to home, plus negative perception about crimes in Thailand isn’t helping either. So this visa free travel may help Chinese more than Thailand I guess

    The way Chinese work is no money transferred to Thailand, all transactions takes place in China and here businesses can show expense and claim tax breaks.     Thai politicians are deflecting this to a movie rather than their own policies. When you crackdown against Chinese, Extortion from a Taiwanese actress, random document and pee pee check, calling Chinese cops to patrol, who in right state of mind would like to visit a place for a peace of mind? Good for them that Indian and Malaysia due to lack of cheap options still visiting the place. Its unfortunate but 40 million is a pipe dream.

    Its funny how they say that they never been colonized, Colonized countries showed resistance but when you are ready to lay down for pretty much everyone, colonization is a waste of resources. What's next, handing over two north provinces to CCP so that can manage them better than Thailand??
