  1. I thought he was the Health Minister not the Economics minister and as such he should be ensuring "Everything would be done in line with helping the economy patients to recover.
  2. They do not NEED to keep the old one whilst waiting for the new one to arrive, get it back early on. for 90 day either do it online , if you have before or copy the old passport pages now (you should always have copies of the main pages anyway) and do it by mail.
  3. If, as you say, that is the situation here in Thailand then I totally agree. If found not guilty later then their faith should sustain them when they are re-frocked (or whatever they do in that situation)!
  4. No. I suspect it is just that old cracked crystal ball they have been using for some years now!
  5. Only when the Mullahs cannot see them! That is why they used to love getting out and about!
  6. Totally agree. My Fixed account for my Extension has nothing attached to it not even internet access, cards or anything. My Passport has to be shown for any access to it. I have other accounts and cards etc for other purposes.
  7. The causeway with the Goal in the middle to allow the returning drunk Saudis a place to sleep it off before reentering Saudi!
  8. As you say that appears to be the norm but a bit unjust if an "accusation" turn out to be false. I am not saying that is so in this case has he seems to admit to firing the weapons but is it fair to be unfrocked before conviction? If they did that in the RC Church there would not be many men wearing priest's collars!
  9. He is asking about linking his Credit card, not debit card!
  10. With all the alcohol & night life area closed they will be really attracted to Pattaya etc now! ????
  11. Are monks routinely defrocked before they have been found guilty of an offence in either a criminal or religious court?
  12. It depends on lots of factors missing from your post. What nationality Sent from which country Sent where; to an agent or to Trendy or a friend in your home country or what What was sent How was it sent etc etc etc A few pertinent details might get you answers that might help!
  13. Practically everything you do on or with your "Smartphone" is fingerprinting and monitoring you and in every imaginable way possible!
  14. And stay in a totally electronically and acoustically etc isolated home.
  15. WRT so called "Smartphones" I believe in the old adage of "A jack of all trades and master of none". If I want something to make phones calls and comply with all the stupid security OTP's etc which we all need nowadays I have a basic "Smartphone" that does just that and have had my present one for about 5 years, in Thailand. If I want to take GOOD photos I use my digital Camera. If I want to use the Internet and download stuff I use either a laptop or a computer. If I want to read a book I either read an actual book at home or use my good old fashioned Sony PSR reader (long before Kindle came along and stuffed it all up!) I am a great believer in the right tool for the right job, and to use yet another old saying, don't put all your (breakable/steal-able/lose-able/enviable) eggs in one basket!
  16. Ah! You have got to the core of the problem and it gives me the pips no end!
  17. You have asked and answered your own questions. The two systems are as opposite as Apples and (enter your own word) I can understand wanting to change manufacturers but not Operating systems and all that goes with it. What kind of smartphone do you have? If iPhone then maybe but if Android why change systems?
