Need a strong plant killer!!! Need something dead. Dead. DEAD!!!
Glyphosphate. Available at any local market. Do not dilute. Cut off the main stem well above the ground surface. Use a small paintbrush to apply directly to the cut. If there are any stems/leaves below the cut, paint them also. For saplings and small trees, after you lop it, drill a few holes in the cut surface, then use a hypodermic syringe to squirt deeper inside.

My Landlord Stop Me from Leaving the Country
On April 7th, you posted you'd be arriving in Thailand in 5 weeks, so middle of May. Things, Shirley, went downhill fast!

My Landlord Stop Me from Leaving the Country
You don't know "he was gonna take it anyway." That's what bad people say when they're trying to justify lying, cheating, or stealing. When you moved in you took photos and immediately notified the landlord, right? Right? Methinks 'twas the landlord getting bad vibes. When do we hear the rest of the story?

My Landlord Stop Me from Leaving the Country
Why would you break a lease with only one month remaining? You saved one month's rent at the cost of two month's rent security deposit.

Silly pronoun use ... IMHO
Sure, I'll accept your preferred pronouns. As long as you accept mine. Agreed? Groovy. Cool beans. My pronoun shall be "Massa."

Retirement visa without the 800,000 baht
TIT, so it's perfectly legal to bribe immigration officers. Many expats for various reasons use this method. Not usually a problem. Until it becomes a problem. Like when you decide next year to do the extension yourself and find your visa/reports are done in a different province, and you don't have a bank account with the required funds throughout the year.

The chance of Trump winning another term is very real
Well, good for you! Choosing Trump over the Brandon regime dictatorship and its support of the nazi apartheid regime.

The chance of Trump winning another term is very real
Oh, goodie! I will be permitted to choose between Orange JeeBus and Brandon. On the bright side, this selection I can save the cost of printing and mailing a ballot. "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

You just won $1,000,000, US Dollars
Not exactly. You win 1 million but.....................that would be the starting number (before taxes) if you chose annuity payments. If you decide to accept a lump sum, you would cut that in half. Now you have half a million as a lump sum. Then the goobermint takes their fair share, at the top end that would be 37%. But you're not done yet, depending on your state of residence. Several states also want a cut of that juicy payout. Residents of Arizona get to take home about 300K. https://www.omnicalculator.com/finance/lottery-tax

U.S. Retired Expats -- is there really any good reason to worry about your credit score any more?
Sorry. It was not clear. The only "pain" you take in relation to maintaining your credit score that you mentioned was making timely payments.

U.S. Retired Expats -- is there really any good reason to worry about your credit score any more?
What's the point of the question? What would you do differently if not "taking pains" that would affect your score?

Singapore to execute woman on drugs charge for the first time in 20 years
I'll have to dig out my last TM-6 card and check. Pretty sure it didn't have "OVERSTAYERS FACE DEATH PENALTY" in big, bold capital letters. Unlike the cards in Singapore. Glad you are not my lawyer!

You just won $1,000,000, US Dollars
If you're fortunate enough to be an American, you'd first write a check for $500,000 to Uncle Sam...........

Traffic safety: Ten main traffic laws enforced over long public holiday
Sorry, sir! The positive? Sure, buddy. Hundreds of corrupt "police officers" get a 6-day open hunting season with no bag limit. Next week will be like an episode of Oprah..........."You get a BMW, and you get a BMW, and you get a BMW!....." What could possibly go worng?

Traffic safety: Ten main traffic laws enforced over long public holiday
What of the non-holiday periods? No enfor................... Never mind. Stupid question. Carry on.

Somebody, weird...
Perhaps it's simply a member contending with having no class, who aspires to be somebody, but is merely an expat bum........

No true Scotsman. No true Scotsman, or appeal to purity, is an informal fallacy in which one attempts to protect their generalized statement from a falsifying counterexample by excluding the counterexample improperly (wiki)
