  1. If you want legal young P**sy come to America and religious states! 16/17/18 legal every where...... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_the_United_States
  2. That Buriram Pie Man really has everything. (Is that legal? Not that I care... ???? ) http://burirampieman.com/buriramfoodproducts.html "Faggots in Gravy"
  3. I had same problem with Chase so I got $ 3/m Ultramobile deal. Works great world wide! https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-plans/pay-go
  4. "Nobody walks in LA.... and Pattaya...
  5. Isn't it easier just fly out 'n in and get 45 days every time? AirAsia has cheap tickets. No painful immigration visits... I rather visit farang land.
  6. " Just talked to my ex, she's paying $6.09/gal in Santa Rosa (SF Bay Area) " Ha! That's cheap by European standards. Only $ 1,60/liter. It's hard to get a liter under $ 2,00.....
  7. Yes - looks like it's higher ???? "A brand new Porsche Cayenne Turbo costs ฿16,950,000 ($520,000)! I'm not looking to buy a Porsche, but that price is outrageous! The poster didn't put an extra zero at all. Additionally, a brand new Lamborghini Gallardo cost ฿21.5million ($664,000) in Thailand. As a comparison, a brand new Porsche Cayenne Turbo in the United States costs $110,400 (฿3.6million). Also a brand new Lamborghini Gallardo cost $180,000 (฿2.8million) in the US. So the Porsche in Thailand is about FIVE times as expensive as the one in the United States, and the Lambo is 3.5 times as expensive. So the price of a Porsche in Bangkok is equivalent to THREE Lambo in Las Vegas...go figure." Above was written by well-off Thai student living in the US and thinking bringing one back to Thailand.. I'm sure the kid knows what he's talking about. Not arguing with anyone but just curious why imported cars are so expensive in Thailand. Is hi tax to protect those who already have them? Same with condos; 51% are empty thanks to stupid quota rule. Let anyone buy. That would lower the price and monthly fees to all.
  8. Exactly my feeling too after reading this sad story. Life shouldn't be complicated AFTER we retire and want to ENJOY life... I hope OP finds solution.
  9. There are some unique and cool Classic cars in Thailand and Pattaya. Very expensive too, thanks to 3-400% (?) tax. When I return I have to go weekly meetings at German restaurant. I used to have many in the US and built nice business out of my hobby. Anyone have the same "sickness"? https://www.classic-car-friends-pattaya.com/events-2022.html
  10. Looks like they are behind; USD is now stronger than Euro ???? Perfect time to get rid of those Euros....
  11. Finally got an answer from Vn friend (I hope it's correct); It's possible to make many 30-day entries to Phu Quoc, similar to Thailands visa runs. The "30-days between entries" applies only to VISAs. So, that opens up one interesting and very inexpensive place near Th for me ????
  12. The worse thing happened, as some here predicted; "Also, Miami is a place where you need to seriously research what you are getting into. There are parts of the city where you don't want to live, structures built before modern hurricane construction codes that are just waiting for a big storm to blow them down, many areas that regularly flood, expensive and difficult to obtain insurance, etc. Edited July 19 by heybruce" I got so excited about Ft Lauderdale cheap condos I didn't think far enough. Thank you guys opening my eyes and made me back off that masket! I could have lost my hard earned $ there... I'm currently in Gran Canaria, Spain, checking market. The weather is 100% perfect year around. As good as I had in California winter time. However, many other things are not as good as in Thailand or in the States.
  13. Time to visit Vietnam again but new visa rules are not clear on this; I get 30-day visa free entry to Phu Quoc island. I want to go there 2 or 3 times in same year to meet my Vn friends (mainland visa free is only 15 days - not enough for me) Is that possible? i don't find answer to that. Anyone knows? I asker Vn friends to find out but it seems they don't want talk to immigration for some reason... Thanks!
  14. That Arcadia looks nice and it's only 6000thb/mo now. Thanks for the tip! https://tinyurl.com/37e8nhsr
  15. British Thai Embassy has this; Royal Thai Embassy, London สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลอนดอน " 30-day Visa Exemption Scheme Passport holders of the countries eligible for Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in Thailand Foreigners who enter Thailand under this Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme may only do so for 30 days at one time with a maximum of 3 times in a 6-month period by flight and 2 times a year for overland crossing." So there is a rule.... dep on where you read ???? Same use to be on Oslo, Norway, Thai embassy site but now it's gone! Royal Thai Embassy, Oslo สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงออสโล "2 times a year for overland crossing." No mention on air travel restrictions.
