    Yes, totally agree. Been Gold for a long time, they really look after you, particularly in DxB.

    Yeah, Emirates give a few decent options, i think they offer Edinburgh now as well as Manchester, Birmingham for sure.

    Depending on where you're going in the UK Emirates may require an additional flight which is a pain. I did this in summer, Emirates flights 300K biz class for 2.

    Head to Chiang Khan and then follow the Mekhong along to NK, once of the nicest drives in Thailand. Use the 12 to head over Khao Kho and then 21 and then 2016 i think, that'll get you to Loei and then it's easy to CK.

    I find this unlikely, i signed one form two times, was in the bank and immigration office for a total of not more than 10 mins for my retirement visa ( using an agent ). Pls explain how this was 'waaaaaay easier'?

    So just to report back. I did NOT need a police report to renew my book but it HAS to be done at your home branch, Just signed a couple of forms and gave photo's copies of passport ID page and entry stamp, easier than i expected.
