Thanks for all the comments ( apart from Dick Smith with his normal drivel ). I'm gold with emirates and fly with them once or twice a month for work ( cattle unfortunately ) but yeah sounds like they'll be hard to beat. Both flights, BKK-DXB and DXB-MAN would be A380 so that's what i'll probably go for.

Looking at Biz class flights for 2 pax to either Manchester / Birmingham or LHR, best i've found so far is about 280-300K baht with decent airlines, Emirates / Qatar etc. Anyone any recent recommendations or ones to avoid? Thanks.

Thanks for the all the replies and input, unfortunately they don't have the model i'd like ( Ecodiver 67cm 71litre ), i have this laptop bag. Tumi is better but that comes with quite a difference in price.

You refer to them and it being an issue, where based on firsthand experience it's clearly not an issue for them continuously using visa exempt route. Do you know any roster workers? how many have had issues?

No, i pick out the bit i'm interested in, is that ok? I know many many people that have been doing the visa exempt for many many years without any issues, i think i've mentioned that before but it's obviously slipped your mind.
